The most amazing campsites and cabin.
I think site 2 is the best campsite I've ever seen hands down. We stayed in the cabin it was fantastic greeted by white tail deer in the morning . Next to a creek.The waterfall must be seen in person photos don't do it justice.

I absolutely recommend camping here! It is a gorgeous slice of land, healthy and well tended to. We camped through 3 rainy days of May, but it didn't dampen our spirits! Plenty of level and well drained areas to choose to put our tent. The spring wildflowers and ephemerals were abundant, and the waterfall is spectacular! Happy to report that my little Ford Fiesta was able to descend and climb the hill in the gravel drive too! Ken is quick and easy to communicate with. Thanks!

We had the best weekend camping, exploring Ken’s land, as well as the many wonderful natural wonders of Watkin’s Glen. Full disclosure, we were the only campers at this location on our visit, so we got to explore freely and enjoyed the creek and waterfall without worrying about entering other campers’ spaces. This made the visit seem extra magical & special. Ken was an amazing host and helped us feel comfortable setting up and acclimating to the site. He was always available to help throughout our visit. Our campsite was clean and nestled right next to a gorgeous flowing creek coming right from a waterfall! We fell asleep each night listening to the calm sounds of the waterfall. We can’t wait to go back this summer!

We absoultey loved camping at Ken's property. The grounds are excelent and the waterfalls and creek are majestic! The campground is right near the center of town so nothing is ever too far away. Ken is a great host. Hands off but available to answer all of your questions and ready to help with whatever problems you may have. This place is defintely a 10 out of 10!

Can't recommend this spot enough. Beautiful waterfall, super quiet and peaceful. It's super close to Watkins glen but it feels like it's hundreds of miles away from civilization when you're there. Ken is super professional too! Very attentive and available but gave us plenty of space to hang out amongst ourselves. I can't wait to come back.

We loved camping at Ken's place. We stayed on site 1, down the hill and right next to the waterfall. It was raining a bit when we got there so we just moved slowing bringing our gear down. The view was worth it. Ken responded to messages promptly. I fell in love with the area and hope to stay at Ken's place again in the future!

Ken’s property “Waterfall Creek” was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for. We wanted to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet of what nature has to offer. We got exactly that! We brought our tent that sets up in the bed of our truck and we had our 3 dogs with us as well. Ken is very attentive to his guests on the property and any complications that arise during your stay. We would recommend his property for a nice getaway, We are also looking forward to the next time we come back!

This spot is perfect! Ken was very kind and helpful and definitely went above and beyond helping us out. We purchased firewood and due to some rain in the forecast, Ken left the firewood under the lean-to roof near our site. The firewood was bone dry. All of the sites looked very nice, but we ended up setting up in site 4. The two sites next to the falls were gorgeous, but all of the sites were great and right on the creek. Ken's dog was very sweet and came to visit us in the morning. The outhouse was also relatively clean. We will definitely be coming back with friends!

The location is really pretty, we loved our site #4. It was along the creek bed which was pretty dry due to the time of year, but I’m sure after some rain the site is even more lovely. The host was easy to communicate with and overall we had a good experience. The only thing missing is an outdoor shower.

Ken communicated so well and the location was beautiful and private. Very much appreciated the tiki torch and the fire pit, picnic table and chairs. I'll be looking for a chance to come back with friends!

Absolutely beautiful piece of land nestled into a slice of finger lakes paradise! Well managed land, spacious campsites on the creek and 2 amazing sites right on a gorgeous gorge and waterfall. Fellow campers were kind, respectful and quiet. A magical experience.

Wherever you end up on the property, you’re sure to enjoy the privacy and solitude afforded by the space, and Ken is incredibly responsive and kind too! Spots were groomed for our tents and a firepit, so, while being on the campsite felt as “rustic” as we’d hoped, we also had the comforts of a pre-levelled spot for our tent and two comfortable Adirondack chairs waiting for us to sit around the fire. The waterfall makes for the perfect, brisk shower and place to play, so much so that we’re already dreaming up our next visit!

This space was GORGEOUS! We camped right near the waterfall in a nice private area, and were lulled to sleep by the sound of the water. Ken came by to say hello and was super friendly. We loved bathing in the waterfall, which was so refreshing.

As advertised! Waterfall and the creek is awesome Clean, secluded. First come first serve! There were tiki torches (some wicks were missing) and solar lights… overall 8/10!

Absolutely beautiful property! We camped at site 2, the higher of the waterfall sites, and it was magical. Ken was great and we had an amazing time. Would definitely come back!

Very nice location, it was just us two and our dog and she was able to totally run free and have the time of her life. There are campsites that are right at the waterfall but it seems like it was on a first come first serve basis or maybe you could simply request it? We weren’t entirely sure. We ended up staying at a campsite just down the creek and it was totally secluded and just as perfect. We didn’t stay the whole time on property but went and did some wineries, hiking and other things in Watkins glen but we could have stayed the whole time at the site with all the land he had to discover.
The only thing that was a nuisance was all the slugs but we were just camping in a very wet week so they would be out in full force wherever you were

What a breathtaking site! We had so much fun exploring the property, and were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves during the stay. It truly felt like our own secret cove. The sites next to the waterfall required us to carry our gear in (maybe 30-50 yards), but it was completely worth it! The outhouse was really well maintained, along with the rest of the property. Ken was a great host and made us feel very welcome. Our only regret is not booking more nights! Would absolutely return.

Ken had us right next to the waterfall and words do not explain the relaxation we felt the entire weekend. Such a beautiful little spot perfect for a getaway. Very close to hiking sites in Watkins glen and the little town they have next to the lake.
