Overall we had a great weekend! The yurt was clean, spacious and very well equipped. There were a lot of kitchen essentials, storage areas, a little eating area and two cots. The view of the night sky was phenomenal and the fire pit was a great size for a cozy campfire.
Unfortunately it was not as private as we were expecting. The space is only a couple of feet off of their main driveway, so anytime someone drove by our peace was interrupted. The space was surrounded by trees so if nobody was around it did feel peaceful, but you are essentially in their front yard. Probably a couple hundred feet away from their house. So if you are looking for a very private stay with no one else around this option may not be for you.

The yurt is cozy and clean and in a quiet area, but still very close to Ithaca. We had a wonderful stay, thanks Rebecca!

The perfect little get away from a long day of hiking with the dogs. Very private and dog friendly. This was my second time staying here and it will not be the last.

Yurt With Outhouse
We loved staying in the yurt! Very private in a wooded area. We didn’t need to bring wood since there were plenty of branches off the trees to use for a fire. We had rainy weather for our stay and we stayed dry and cozy. This was my first experience with a compost toilet but it was very clean and no bad odors. It was good space for our 2 dogs. Off the beaten path location but still only 15 min to town. Rebecca was very responsive to our questions. Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay for our last weekend get away before school starts this week. The Yurt was absolutely beautiful and clean as well as the outhouse. It has everything you need for a night of glamping. Wish we could of stayed longer and would definitely stay again. I definitely recommend. We now are interested in looking into a Yurt of our own. Thanks for the lovely stay ✨
