Surrounded by trees and overlooking a stunning lake, this 1940s cottage will have you in relaxation mode in no time. Explore the area, or simply stay in and enjoy the view, hot tub, fire pit, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and indoor fireplace. Nearby you’ll find beautiful lakes, scenic drives, the Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, and the charming towns of Narrowsburg, Livingston Manor, and Roscoe. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval, and the property is fully fenced. While there are other houses nearby, the setting still feels private.This is a very peaceful setting by a lake. I do have neighbors, but there it is very private. There is a big deck, side yard, front yard, and patio with fire pit. Down in front of the house there is a small road that rings the lake - perfect for taking a stroll and enjoying nature. The hot tub is up on the deck. Because of HOA rules, guests may not use the lake. There is a reservoir nearby, and a couple other lakes that are for public use.

Down in front of the house there is a small road that rings the lake - perfect for taking a stroll and enjoying nature. The hot tub is up on the deck. Because of HOA rules, guests may not use the lake. There is a reservoir nearby, and a couple other lakes that are for public use.
