NEW! Located on top of a small hill, our sites overlook the beautiful Susquehanna Valley. The 75-acre property is situated on a small farm that dates back to the 1800s. During your stay, enjoy an 18-hole homemade disc golf course on the property (discs available upon request) and 5G Verizon cell service. A gravel road and designated camping pads have recently been added and a privy is available on site. Close to the historic village of Cooperstown, home of the Baseball Hall of Fame (25 minutes), Cooperstown All-Star Village (11 minutes) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (20 minutes); just 6 miles north of Oneonta, home to Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta. Kelly Corners Country Retreat is a quiet, convenient location with beautiful views. A rare gem in the Northeast!

I had a lovely time on Jim and Shannon's land. It's a stunning location and very peaceful. I appreciate how accommodating they were to me, even though I booked it at the last minute. Thanks!

Bucolic field full of wildflowers and rolling hills in the distance - 3 sites at the top of the hill and walking trails - excellent host!

It had rained recently, but the sites were fairly dry. They dried up quickly the following day. We had beautiful weather and even flew our kites. The host had wood available for the fire pit. The dog enjoyed himself as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Jim & Shannon have the perfect setup for a picturesque camping spot! Perched at the top of a ridge on their 70+ acre retreat, their three camping spots boast an amazing view of the surrounding valley. As the sun sets, you really feel like you have the world to yourself! It was so serene and quiet! The gravel, level pads were so helpful when camping with a trailer and relaxing next to the fire pits was a wonderful way to end our evening on their farm. Jim & Shannon were quick to answer all my questions and made sure we had all we needed. They also provide super specific details needed to reach the camping spot…follow these and not your GPS! Their farm was a beautiful, short drive to Cooperstown. Overall, we loved our stay on their farm; we wish we had more time to stay awhile! We would 100% return if we are ever in the area again!
