Enjoy 120 acres of beautiful countryside featuring a mix of open fields and woodlands, with walking paths throughout the property. A small stream with a picturesque waterfall adds to the peaceful setting. The property also includes 20 acres along the West Canada Creek, offering excellent opportunities for tubing and fishing. Hoof n Paws is a working farm with livestock and a country store on-site, where we sell our own USDA-inspected meats and seasonal vegetables. Conveniently located on Route 28, halfway between Cooperstown and the Adirondacks, the farm makes an ideal base for exploring the region while enjoying a relaxing rural getaway.
