Nice simple RV site. It looks like your with a lot of farm equipment but really your back in the woods. If you require power and water one will have to be 50' and the other 25'. Just be preparred. Mike was great with communication.

Beautiful spot overlooking the valley and very private. One of my favorite hip camps after spending over 30 nights over the past two years in them. Second only to a spot in Terlingua TX

Quiet flat space with H2O, sewage, and 50 Amp (don’t forget your dog bone adapter). Weed eating and a table for cooking/eating would have improved the experience.

Beautiful property with horses however make sure you understand that only 50 amp hookups work here our pop-up with 30 amp did not so we had no electricity. The owners were away and we did not know this-happened to read this on a white board while searching the barn for a bathroom. So it was a little bit of guessing the first couple of hours we were there. Sites aren’t marked so we guessed. A little bummed to woken up by the multiple dogs barking and barking. :-) wished there was more
a little more communication.

Mike was a generous and friendly and helpful. The location is cool, but not necessarily scenic. It’s awesome to be around the horses, and I think little kids would be jazzed by them, but also all the equipment and stuff is fun. But it’s definitely a working horse farm with its share of gravel, trailers, and heavy equipment. All in all it was close to exactly what I was looking for given that I was passing thru and didn’t want to spend ridiculous amounts of money on Saratoga Springs area hotels.

Graphite Hill Farm is the perfect spot to getaway and enjoy the wilderness. Lots of beautiful land to explore. The facilities were convenient and well-kept. Our host was friendly and helpful.

Hosts were kind enough to let me pet some of the horses, huge property and we were able to set up our tent in a secluded area. Very quiet and peaceful, would stay here again!

Nice horse farm with lots of private spots to park. A little hard to find a flat area.
Host basically instructed me to park anywhere.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to stay; my rv had a brake down and I had to leave.

Had a good time dispersed camping on graphite hill farm. Pretty much you can set up camp anywhere on the property, and you have access to the barn half bathroom. It’s on a working horse farm that is pretty and very well taken care of. Mike was super responsive over text and we had no problems getting in or out. Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but consistent with other campsites around Saratoga springs.
Overall, felt safe and relaxed.

Mike's site at Granite Hill Farm was great. It's the only site on the property. Directions were very clear. Site was easy to access and shady. Mike is a great host. It was fun to see the horses.

Loved getting to stay here!! Mike was friendly and helpful, and the site was just what we needed. He even came down to check on us when it started to drizzle a bit to make sure we were okay! He was kind enough provide firewood for us, allow us to use his barn bathroom, and had several very cute and friendly doggies on the property who said hello! Seeing the horses was such an awesome perk as well. The only thing worth mentioning is that the site was close to the road- but it was barely noticeable as cars were nonexistent. Will definitely be back!

Mike's farm was a great spot for us to car-camp for the night. Mike accepted our request on short notice and was a great host and communicator - even going so far as to check in to make sure we were OK when we arrived later than expected. The property is beautiful - with an active barn housing many horses. We parked in the soil lot in front of the barn and had access to the barn's bathroom (toilet and sink with hotel/cold water) and there was the option for laundry if needed. This location is just about 20 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, which we really enjoyed exploring - great food, drinks, and cute daytime vibe.

Don’t let the lack of reviews fool you: Graphite Hill is a great place to stay, and you can expect it to be even better as the hosts continue developing their sites. Case in point: we were tent camping and there was no fire pit, which we needed to be able to cook. Mike built us one right then and there, in a matter of minutes, without hesitation. That’s the kind of going-above-and-beyond that’s going to make this place a go-to destination off the beaten path in the Saratoga Springs area. Can’t recommend more highly!

Very cool place close to SPAC and yet feels like a million miles away. Filled with equine energy.
