Welcome to Firefly Aces where our land offers beautiful views of the valley and "Enchanted Mountains" by day and star filled skies at night. If you look long enough, you may even see some shooting stars. The property is 93 acres and offers well manicured hiking trails that can even be used for Mountain Biking enthusiasts. Wild animals such as deer, raccoons, fox, owls, hawks, humming birds, bald eagles and more have made the land their home. Fireflies tend to take over in the summer months, its a beautiful thing to see. It's the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature all while being close to restaurants and downtown Olean if needed. Enjoy cooking on our rustic fire pits or light a fire to just enjoy the crackling sounds and warmth at night. A safe place for kids to run around, enjoy family time and the simple pleasures Mother Nature has to offer. It's perfect for anyone who just wants to get away and immerse themselves in the country. We have 2 camp sites ready right now both come with a fire pit. One is more secluded which is campsite #2 and the one with the valley view is campsite #1. Showers are seasonal. The last day for shower use is Oct 15th. You’re more than welcome to bring your own portable shower hook up and use the shower house for privacy. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will need to have a cigarette lighter access to use the shower to power the pump. We recommend bringing flashlights as our property is solar powered and there is no electric on the property. On low sunny days, solar lights may not last as long into the evening. On rainy days the property can be very muddy and access to the top of the hill to the sites would be best accessed with a 4WD vehicle as well as winter time with snow on the ground. If you'd like to charge your phone we advise you to bring back up battery packs as there is now electric hook ups on site. The most private sites are Cloud 9, Bunny Pit and Lilou's Landing. The cottage is located down by the main house and not at the top of the hill. Pets are welcome, please clean up after your dog. * No firearms or explosive devices of any kind are allowed on the property.

Getting to the top of this site can be reached on foot fairly easy as the incline isn't super steep. However, your vehicle should get you to the top no problem where you can unload. On rainy, muddy days this could be an issue so keep that in mind. Hand washing station, hot shower, and outhouse provided with solar lighting. Star gazing, Corn hole, axe throwing and trails to walk for things to do. There are tiki torches for you to enjoy, feel free to bring tiki fluid to keep the bugs away!

This site has the best view and has easy access. Getting to the top of this site can be reached on foot fairly easy as the incline isn't super steep. However, your vehicle should get you to the top no problem unless it’s super rainy and wet weather. You can purchase a day pass from our neighbors across the street at Lake Lane Campground to use their in-ground pool, fishing, pavilions, basketball court and more. On 4th of July they always put on an amazing Firework Show with live music! Pitch a tent at the top of Firefly Hill and enjoy the view of the Enchanted Mountains. A fire pit will be provided for you for bonfires and cooking. A short walk away from where the trails begin for walking, hiking, exploring and mountain biking. You can enjoy sunset view and star filled skies at night. This site is more secluded, offers shade and you will able to drive right in with its designated parking area. The Bunny Pit

The bunny pit is located at the bottom of the hill near the entrance of the property. This site comes with a fire pit and parking. You will have access to all the amenities located at the top of the hill at Firefly Acres including axe throwing, corn hole, shower and outhouse, trail walking and star gazing. It has the easiest access and has privacy. You will see bunnies and deer all the time!

This cute, little cabin sits at the back edge of the main property closer to the entrance. It is not located at the top of the hill. It's cozy and you will see so many deer that come to feed in the surrounding yard. Enjoy star filled night skies and pretty sunsets. Fireflies buzz around and so many birds to watch. It's a little oasis far enough in the country to enjoy Mother Nature yet close enough to get to near by restaurants and shopping in the downtown Area. A short drive to Allegany State Park, Seneca Allegany Casino, Ellicottville and more. It has full electricity, mini fridge, shower, hot cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, TV/Netflix, dart board, foosball table, access to fire pit, grilling pavilion and tree swings. You will have access to the entire property for hiking, walking, mountain biking and more. The couch converts into a double bed. The main bed is a Queen size. Towels are provided. You can purchase a day/resort pass for Lake Lane Campground, located across the street. Fully equipped with in-ground pool, basketball court, bait shop, fishing, pavilions and more.

Such a beautiful space! The views were incredible and really great hiking. You can hear lots of owls and coyotes at night! I suggest bringing an umbrella or something because there’s no real shade in the field. But I wouldn’t have traded the views for anything.

Cloud 9 was the perfect spot to bring our two kids, ages 8 and 11, for a camping weekend. We were far enough out to see beautiful stars at night overlooking the valley, but close enough to town to run for forgotten items. The outhouse was close to our spot, which is always a plus with kids, and the platform gave us a spot to pitch our tents off the ground. Although not completely private, we couldn't hear much of our neighbors (except for some chatty huskies and a one off visit from a sweet old GSP). Tim was a super friendly camp supervisor and helped grab us a huge bundle of new campwood when we ran out. Plus, the solar fairy light were an adorable and helpful touch. The only negatives were being across the valley from a fishing campground, as some of those campers played loud music at night that echoed across the valley, and the ruts leading up the hill to drive to our site were rough on our low lying vehicle. Otherwise, we had a great time and would love to go back!

We loved the site, shower was awesome, took some figuring out but do-able! Host was helpful and gave use a generous amount of wood = big fire :). We had a good chat and we really loved this area and its beauty.

This was a PERFECT tent camping spot! Trees for shade and sky for stargazing, deck was awesome, I just wish the weather had been better that night so I could have enjoyed it more, but even the storm was enchanting! Highly recommend for tent camping

This was a nice open hilltop camping spot, pretty sunset and starry views, we pitched a tent but it’s probably better for a camper/RV in this spot. Cloud9 was a much better tent site but this one was still enjoyable

Cute campsite. The flat platform to pitch the tent on was amazing. We slept with the rainfly off and watched the stars and meteor shower. We saw all kinds of wildlife including an owl that visited on the first night, lots of fireflies, all kinds of birds. Shower worked well and was a nice feature to have. The water tank sink at the site for washing hands and such was a nice touch too. We definitely are planning on returning at some point.

Came back this year for fourth of July as last time it was amazing to be one with nature, had a great firework show but neighbors across the way are annoying when they want to be party poppers, the hosts were so friendly and accommodating, when we got there the hot water was not working but in no time it was fixed and ready to go! Love the hiking trails and the beauty i was surrounded by, Tim was a great help and always ready to fulfill our needs. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay VERY MUCH! Her dad Tim was very friendly and attentive. He was right there when you needed him but still fat enough to still have privacy. The view from the hill top was everything for us. We star gazed at night and walked the trails in the morning. We saw salamanders, chipmunk, frogs and different mushrooms. It was so serene. Highly recommend!

We loved camping at Lilou's Landing. The views were beautiful with the snow covered ground and we were very impressed with all the extra touches. It was extremely comfortable for being mid-December and there was plenty of wood to keep us warm. We were still able to enjoy the trails and most of the amenities available. We will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful place with beautiful views!! Loved having a restroom & shower nearby. Bonus corn hole boards and axe throwing was such a treat! The trails and forest were enjoyable to explore. This place is so much more than just a place to pitch a tent. There are other sites nearby and a larger RV site across the valley, so there is some noise. But if you’re okay with that it’s a perfect place. The site itself had plenty of privacy via trees. Host made sure we had plenty of wood for heat the entire time and gave us some tips for the trails. Can’t wait to come back next time I need a mountain escape 💕

It was easy to find and so easy to get to the site we reserved! Fay was in constant communication and very helpful in troubleshooting the hot water on the shower - they had it fixed within an hour! The campground across the street and the trains nearby were somewhat noisy in the evening, but everything was silent by a reasonable time. Gorgeous remote feeling location and yet very close to town. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking again!

Fay’s land is perfect! Easily accessible for an amazing view! A quiet atmosphere, friendly hosts and not bothered by any bugs for the duration of our stay. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others

Beautiful and peaceful stay in the rolling hills. Stunning views and serenity, from the peaceful deer to the wolves howling at the full moon. Fay and her dad, Tim were awesome hosts. Our site was right the very top of the hill with breathtaking views but Mother Nature had other plans for our stay. Torrential downpours for the few days prior to our stay, paired with our nearly 9000lb 2wd 170ext sprinter van, meant we couldn’t make it up the hill. We were able to walk up and enjoy the space and camp at the lean-to at the bottom of the hill. It’s a gorgeous property and we would definitely recommend it.

Cloud 9 was wondering, location is stunning and the trails right behind it were awesome. Campsite was setup perfectly and the deck to put your tent on was awesome to have. It was nice to have some lawn games like cornhole, connect 4, and axe throwing provided for the afternoons, camp was super clean along with the shower and bathroom. Sadly we had to leave early due to severe thunderstorms and lighting (it was super cool to watch it roll through the valley though) and a leaky tent, would definitely recommend

This place is gorgeous! It was very secluded and quiet, a perfect place to get away from the noise. It's about a 26 minute drive from Allegany State Park for hiking/swimming. The site has a great overlook of the mountains and was perfect for star gazing. It has an outhouse and shower that the host keeps very clean. The host was very quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend this site!

I messaged the host about arriving late at night to shorten a drive, she told us that was fine however the host had booked the spot and someone was staying there when we arrived /despite/ having contacted her beforehand. There was no way to contact the host at night, the number listed was a Miami spray tan salon. We ended up having to drive 40 minutes to find a vacant hotel at 2am and the host did not take much accountability for the mistake she had made. I asked the host to kindly reimburse us for the difference in cost we had to spend at a hotel due to this oversight. She gave us a refund but made no reparations for what happened, I would not stay here and regardless the site we booked was in no way secluded as claimed. This was negligent and put my boyfriend and I in a very difficult situation late at night.

i'd definitely recommend Fay's land. we loved camping here! such a beautiful spot with everything you need to enjoy a nice retreat from the city :) our favorite part was all the woods to explore and getting a chance to see the milky way at night. we would totally come back!
