Experience the tranquility of rural living without sacrificing modern comforts. Our tiny home offers comfortable living with a thoughtfully designed space featuring a cozy sleeping loft (queen bed), a well equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, basic dishes) and a bathroom with a shower. Perfect for solo travelers, couples or close friends. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio overlooking our picturesque farm. Listen to the chickens, catch a glimpse of the black angus cows and calves and breathe in the fresh country air. A fire pit (solo stove) is available, with firewood provided, for an evening under the stars. Explore the wonders of the Finger Lakes! We're conveniently located near Watkins Glen State Park (home of the famous gorge trail) as well as Seneca Lake wineries, breweries and numerous hiking trails. The Finger Lakes trail picks up on our property! The charming town of Watkins Glen is just a 10 minute drive, offering restaurants, shops and public swimming at the base of Seneca Lake. Things to note: * This is a working farm so expect some animal noises and occasional farm activity. * Parking is available on the property. * Linens and towels are provided. * Although we love pets we do not allow them for your stay. * Wifi is available, although can be spotty.
