A picturesque Catskills getaway just outside of South Kortright, New York. Our trailer is a restored 23-foot 1948 Vagabond, situated in a quiet corner of our 12-acre property. Enjoy a mix of woods and open fields with cut trails throughout, plus a designated field perfect for sports of all kinds. Nearby, you’ll find excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and fishing—we have plenty of recommendations! The West Branch of the Delaware River and the Catskill Scenic Trail are just across the road. We’re also just a 10-minute drive from Hobart, the book capital of the Catskills.This is an original 1948 Vagabond Trailer that has been thoughtfully restored and updated. The spacious guest quarters are divided into three separate rooms: a living room and kitchen, a bathroom with a composting toilet, and a bedroom with an RV full-size bed. The trailer does not have a shower, but you can take a shower inside our home. The trailer, while near the owner's home, is extremely private. It is installed underneath a wooden shelter with a full-length porch and waterproof sun sail to protect you from the elements while you relax. The interior kitchen is outfitted with a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and refrigerator, The propane stove and oven are not connected but there is an induction cook-top on the porch as well as a Breeo smokeless fire pit with all of the accessories to grill. We also have a Weber charcoal grill available for your use. There is a weak wifi signal at the trailer but there is wifi access at the barn and at our home.
