Welcome Balloon Fiesta campers! Check out The Vista! A mountainous getaway sitting atop a picturesque ridge with beautiful sunrise views. Nestled in a private, gated spacious neighborhood in the village of Cedar Crest, you will find solace and privacy but also the convenience of heading to Albuquerque with an easy 15 minute drive. Many great local restaurants, a coffee shop, a brewery and grocery store all within 7 minutes. A 30 minute drive will take you to quirky and quaint Madrid, NM, with Santa Fe only another 30 minutes away. Our guests are welcome to used the shared space that encompasses a picnic table, flat pavers for lounging, yoga, or hammock usage, and a firepit area for use when fire bans are not in effect. A great base camp for hiking, biking, and all the wonders that New Mexico offers. We are located 1.3 miles back on a dirt road that has some steep sections and can have washboard sections during certain times of the year. During winter times, 4-wheel drive is necessary. We welcome (and LOVE!) dogs, but they must remain on leash and out of respect for our neighbors, are unable to allow disruptive/barking dogs.

Nestled in a private, gated spacious neighborhood in the village of Cedar Crest, you will find solace and privacy but also the convenience of driving to Albuquerque in less than 20 minutes. Great local restaurants, a coffee shop, a brewery, and grocery store all within 7 minutes. A 30 minute drive will take you to quirky and quaint Madrid, NM, and Santa Fe is less than an hour away. Our campers are welcome to use the shared space that encompasses a picnic table, flat pavers for lounging, yoga, or hammock usage, and a firepit area for use when fire bans are not in effect. A great base camp for hiking, biking, and all the wonders that New Mexico offers. We are located 1.3 miles back on a gravel road that has some steep sections and can have washboard sections during certain times of the year. During winter times, 4-wheel drive is necessary due to the possibility of snow. We welcome (and LOVE!) dogs, but they must remain on leash. We offer electrical and water access straight to your van/motor home. Many great local restaurants, a coffee shop, a brewery and grocery store all within 7 minutes. A 30 minute drive will take you to quirky and quaint Madrid, NM, with Santa Fe only another 30 minutes away. Our 5 acre outdoor space includes expansive landscape with a picnic table, flat pavers for lounging, yoga, or hammock usage, and a firepit area for use when fire bans are not in effect. A great base camp for adventurers looking for hiking, biking, and all the wonders that New Mexico offers. Welcome Balloon Fiesta guests! Get out of the city, yet with easy access to all Balloon Fiesta activities! Come hide out in the mountains at 6,800 feet elevation in our cozy, yet luxurious mountain retreat, “Luigi”! “Luigi”, as we call this little slice of RV heaven, is nestled in an open space on our property, less than 20 minutes from Albuquerque in the little Village of Cedar Crest. We live in a private, gated, neighborhood that offers just enough distance and solitude from the hustle and bustle, yet the convenience of grocery stores, a brewery, coffee shops and great restaurants within 10 minutes. Explore Santa Fe with just a 50 minute drive up North, with a pit stop along the way in the unique, artsy town of Madrid. Luigi offers 1 spacious full bed with a comfy memory foam mattress, which sleeps 2 adults comfortably. And 1 fold out couch that converts to a bed- great for 2 kids or 1 adult, as well as a bed converted from the dinette. There is an additional charge for more than 2 people per stay. Along with AC/heat, water, electricity, and septic accommodations, Luigi offers a kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and all necessary kitchen accessories, as well as a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. Enjoy the sounds of nature while “glamping” in Luigi and the beautiful sunrise and sunset views he has to offer! We offer space for 1 vehicle alongside Luigi. Shared space on our property invites you to enjoy the campfire, dine outside with the hummingbirds next to the garden fountain, or set up your hammock under the beautiful shaded trees. The neighborhood provides a 1.5 mile mountainous dirt road, perfect for a peaceful stroll or bike ride. We welcome (and love) well behaved dogs to enjoy Luigi as well for an additional cost. Prima Vista RV site

We have a 22 foot travel trailer and the space was a great fit. We loved the views and Kelly was extremely accommodating. The location is perfect for relaxing or a launch pad for hiking, day trips to Madrid, Sandia Crest, etc... We will be back. Very safe, quiet and private stay... Thank you Kelly!

Prima Vista RV site

This is an awesome property— very safe, quiet and private. Amazing host! Very pet friendly. We enjoyed access to the patio for fireplace and yoga, biking along the driveway and hanging out at camp with beautiful sky and valley views. We also enjoyed the close proximity to open spaces and hiking trails along with local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!
