Our “Private Residential” 2.2-acre mountain stay property offers quiet RV and tent camping with hookups, just minutes from some of the most beautiful outdoor destinations in northern New Mexico. Wake up to elk bugling, deer moving through the trees, and incredible sunsets over the valley. Whether you're exploring Valles Caldera National Preserve, Jemez Falls, Las Conchas Trail, or the Jemez Hot Springs, this is the perfect basecamp for adventure or a relaxing mountain getaway. Property located near many of the Jemez Mountains’ best destinations: • Valles Caldera National Preserve – 10 minutes • Jemez Falls – 3 miles • Las Conchas Trailhead – minutes away • Jemez Hot Springs – 20 minutes • Scenic drives, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing nearby The property sits in a quiet forested area with easy access to public lands and trails. We offer a private RV parking area with hookups. RV site includes: • 50-amp electrical service • Limited Water hookup • Sewer connection / dump access • Gravel parking pad • Space for outdoor seating and relaxing The site overlooks a beautiful valley and pine forest, providing a peaceful mountain camping experience. Ideal for RVs under 30 ft. Our hillside tent site provides beautiful mountain views and a secluded feel. Features include: • Designated parking area nearby • Short walk to campsite • Plenty of room for tents and camp chairs • Fire ring for campfires (when permitted) Campfires are allowed when fire restrictions are not in place. Please follow all local fire regulations. • Non-Commercial!!! • Quiet residential mountain area • Host lives on the property and is available if needed • Please respect neighbors and quiet hours 1000-0700. Friendly dogs are welcome in secure locations ONLY due to wildlife. Non-commercial “Residential” camp area is small and private to prevent high traffic/nuisances for neighbors and enhance a unique/peaceful experience for our family. Great spot and a beautiful area. This was my 1st time traveling through this area and we had so much fun. The site was nice and private, even with the house behind us. Nice neighborhood and really cool trail close by. Would stay again!

Wonderful spot. Was extremely quiet, peaceful and beautiful. With this spot, you will get the view of the sunset through the trees pretty much every single day. I am a writer and business owner, and this provided a really great inspirational spot for me! Highly recommend! When I went, the owner had just poured in new loose gravel, so leveling for my 28ft trailer was a bit tough, but if you bring ample equipment, very doable!

Ben and his campsites were great!! Super hospitable, easy communication and he did everything to make sure we had a great time! Sites are level and close to hookups for easy connection. He even made a pull-through pathway for one of the sites so we could easily drop the camper and go drive around the woods! Beautiful area, lots of great backroads, and a super safe neighborhood. We even had deer browsing outside our camper right at Ben’s sites!!! Great experience, highly recommend, both for the RV hookup sites (which I used) as well as his tent sites, which looked great. Thanks Ben!!

This Hicamp is a gem! The location is breathtaking, the area is well maintained, and the hook ups were thoughtfully set up. The area is so quiet and peaceful and the host is very responsive. The site was already pretty level so it was an easy set up once you get parked. The host does put in their listing about the difficulty of getting to the spot, we have a 25 ft trailer and we backed it in from the road. The host offers multiple spots and you can look at pictures first to gauge what you feel comfortable with. We will definitely book again and again!

View over the ponderosa pines to a large meadow where we could hear elk bugling each night! We did not need hookups but camped with friends who used them- all good. Friendly, hospitable hosts. Convenient to the Valles Calderas, great area hikes, Jemez Springs and day trip to Abiquiu.
