Ben and Danielle went out of their way to be gracious and kind when my IOS Maps app led me astray (& I ended up lost after dark). They drove out to find me, guided me in, offered me my choice of spots closer in (I chose the drive-up camp spot), escorted me to the spot and showed me around (bathroom, etc.), lest I miss my way in the dark. They couldn’t have been kinder. :-) Then they zipped away into the night, leaving me to enjoy the peaceful, vast night sky with stars and cresent moon. *It was a quiet and spacious space with a sunrise view. In daylight, I could see the hosts’ house across the way, but otherwise very private. And the outdoor bathroom is fun. :-)

We took a chance coming out here with our travel trailer as they had warned the length limit was about 19’ and we’re at 30’. Ben and Danielle were so responsive and were willing to give it a try. The location was ideal for our drive back to Idaho so we hoped it would work out. They ended up cutting a few branches off a juniper so we could navigate a tight turn and not scrape up the trailer. So nice! Their land is beautiful and not too far from some blm land so we took a little hike to explore, dogs loved it! Shower and toilet were very convenient!

Ben and Danielle have a beautiful property and they are incredible hosts. This was our first time using HipCamp and it couldn’t have been a better experience. We were looking for something remote and private, and we wanted our dogs to be able to be off leash. We are very accustomed to camping with zero amenities, so this was very much “Glamping” for us. The outdoor shower with HOT water and the composting toilet were so nice to be able to use. The shuttle bus was clean, comfortable and full of amenities we aren’t used to having. That little wood burning stove puts out plenty of heat!

This is a beautiful, private site! Ben and Danielle are very friendly and helpful. This is a little detail, but I appreciated that they have a sink set up with the composting toilet for hand-washing. They had the chiminea prepared for a fire when I arrived.

Danielle and Ben are as beautiful as their land! They were kind and generous hosts that take great care to insure that guests walk away loving the land and experience as much as they do. We stayed in the Camper bus that was cozy and warm. We had everything we needed in the bus: comfy bed, fridge, sink, cutest wood stove ever, toilet, table and bench. Perfect for the 2 of us! Lounge chairs outside and a chimneria with firewood to enjoy at night. They also had an outdoor toilet/shower area that we used too.
