This charming land has been in the family since my husband was a young boy. The Indian ruins and artifacts fascinated him then and he is still happy to share this history with whoever shows an interest. With all the improvements made by his father and family through the years, you will also learn to have a love for the history and beauty here on this unique 30-acre treasure. You can explore Native American ruins that were inhabited by some 2,000 people between 700-1100 AD. The grounds are wonderful to walk with a little lake which draws elk, deer, hawks, blue herons, etc. Easy to access just 3 minutes off I-25. We are 5 minutes away from the Pecos Natl Monument and 15 minutes away from the Pecos River with plenty of great fishing spots ;Visit Santa Fe (20-minute drive) or Las Vegas (30-minute drive) with dozens of restaurants, museums, art galleries, etc. We look forward to your stay!

This site is under a canopy of 70’ tall shade trees (and does have some low lying branches if you’re a taller unit be aware!) and next to our own little lake on a fully fenced and gated 40 acre pristine property.…we are easily accessed just 4 minutes off the freeway but rural and secluded, quiet and inviting…we have an old ruin to explore that predates the Pecos Nat’l Monument and a chicken coop with fresh eggs on offer…Star-studded nights can’t be beat and a Bath House with two toilets, sinks and a shower!

This site has wonderful views and is in a peaceful setting with east freeway access and yet little noise… The 40 acre property is gorgeous with a little lake. old ruins from an ancient peoples pre-dating the Pecos National Monument, and a chicken coop with fresh eggs on offer… All amenities electric, septic, water and WiFi… This is an RV site with hook-ups for 30 amp electricity hookups...we have well water available at the site also. WiFi is another amenity! We allow pets if they are kept on leash...$10 for 1 pet and $20 for 2 or more per stay. Please remain within our fenced boundaries everything beyond our boundaries is private property (NO TRESPASSING!) And please respect the quiet and use headphones if you’d like to have music...
