The site was overgrown with plants and we could barely find the "path" to the site from the rough gravel road. It had clearly not been checked in some time. I mean plants up to my shins all over the sight. I could have pulled off anywhere on the desert roadway for that for free.

Very beautiful property. We arrived after dark and drove past the driveway marker once but found it eventually. The driveway was a bit grassy when we got there so we didn’t notice it at first. Highly recommend this secluded property for a quiet stay in nature.

So peaceful! Chris’ land is truly remote. We spent an amazing night here.
The trip from the two-lane road down the dirt path out to the site was a tiny bit tricky with the water tank of our class B van full in preparation for the dry camping, and 100% worth it.
Chris was super responsive and also recommended a place to eat on the way in, which we really enjoyed.

Simply serene. Chris made himself available to meet us at the entrance to his land so he could show us where to park and put up our tents. There is a nice sized flat spot that we put up three tents with more room to spare. We easily fit three vehicles without crowding the picnic table area. It’s a bit closer to the road than expected but the road is so lightly traveled that it was easy to forget. A couple folks in our group made the trek up to the summit of the hills behind the camping area and were rewarded with incredible views.

I have enjoyed my stays on Chris' land. The campsite is located off a well graded dirt road, with minimal traffic passing. There are cleared and mostly level areas to park and pitch a tent. The area feels private and the views are lovely. I would return again.
