Horse ranch on 40 acres located just outside of Boulder, MT. Exceptional views and peace and quiet at this retreat cabin. 20 acres to the East has and old hunting cabin alongside a creek. Also an old mining test pit from the late 1800’s mining boom, as well as a hand built irrigation ditch that runs through the property.Welcome to Boulder, a one room dry cabin (no plumbing) on 40 acres near the National Forest Service and State Land. One queen bed, and twin bunk beds, or bring your hammocks, cots and sleeping bags and cozy up next to the wood fire. Cabin has a basic kitchen with an oven and small refrigerator, breakfast nook and a water spigot next to the cabin. Deer and elk frequent the property, or enjoy the livestock that live on the property. Muskrat Creek and The Elkhorn Mountains near by for hiking and site-seeing. An outhouse right outside the cabin for easy access.

Peaceful Rustic Retreat with Furry
This cozy cabin surrounded by picturesque hills and farms offered a delightful off-grid experience. Despite the lack of a traditional shower and the dry toilet setup which was already informed earlier, the cabin was well-appointed and comfortable. The highlight was the owner's friendly pets - a dog and a cat - who kept us company throughout our stay, making it a truly memorable getaway.

Awesome cabin! We loved the area, lots of fun things to do. Hiking trails, enjoying the Hot Springs and close to Helena. We really enjoyed seeing the horses and chickens by the cabin. Will be back!

The cabin and land that we stayed on is absolutely gorgeous! It’s close to town but you still certainly feel like you’ve gotten away. We stayed up on the deck to watch the sun set over the hills and the moon and stars to rise in all their glory. The horses were friendly and they have the sweetest barn cat and farm dog! Would recommend!

Camping done right
Perfect place for me and the family for a few days ! Everything was neat and in order and easily slept all 7 of us ! Zipline , bbq , fire pit and beautiful scenery! Friendly dog came to visit often ! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cabin for a few days
