Overall it was a good experience. The staff was great. There were plenty of to do within the camp site and near to KC and Platte. We really enjoyed our time there. Our neighbor was a long term tenant and was very kind. Our dogs played together and had a great time also.

A lovely campground! The grounds and the bathrooms were very clean. Had some hiking trails and I enjoyed walking around with the pup. Staff was kind and there is a well-stocked store. It's a little out of the way but that made for a peaceful stay.

The camp has some great amenities for the kids and they do a fantastic job of providing activities for the kids, Camp staff is very friendly and helpful. The camp grounds are clean and maintained. Already booked another stay for next year.

Basswood has a lot of RV camping spots and several different areas on the property they also have several ponds for fishing. They have a swimming pool and a lot of activities for kids.

Great spot for families. They have activities every most weekend for kids, two parks, a dog park, some hiking trails, and ponds to fish in. My family has enjoyed the stay here.
