Good Courage Farm

Good Courage Farm is located on the ancestral land of the Wahpekute tribe of the Dakota nations. The barn and house date to the 1920s. The property was once owned by Judson Hutchinson, of the Hutchinson Family Singers, who traveled with Frederick Douglass and founded the town of Hutchinson. The farm has been under organic fruit production since 2016; prior to that it produced corn and soy. More than 2/3 of our land is under permanent wetland conservation.
