Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
4.5 acres of old farm land. Sits in front of a productive corn/soybean field. Tiny house being built along with a small garden that is the beginning of a permaculture food forest.
The area is filled with opportunity to explore including 15 minutes to Lake Huron beaches, Black River Kayaking (launch site 5 minutes), hiking trails, State parks, National forest, historic Yale and Croswell, u-pick farms and orchards, abundant wildlife and natural landscape. There is a small motorcycle track on the property as well and riders are welcome.
This is strictly rustic camping on your own, I live in the tiny house and you are able to choose your site anywhere on the property. There are no facilities for use at all. You are responsible to bring everything needed. No more than 2 nights are allowed. 1 tent per site no more than 4 people to a tent, Extra persons is another site and limited to one tent and 4 people. No limit on number of sites. There are residential homes and quiet time is strictly 10pm until 8am, Fires are allowed. All garbage and waste must be removed and will be charged for failure of properly removing any garbage and waste.
