Enjoy peaceful seclusion at this private 4-acre wooded property surrounded by hardwoods and evergreens. Ideal for tents, RVs, campers, vans, and overland vehicles. Electric and water access available with a new well installed in 2024. Designated parking and fire pit provided. Pets welcome. Quiet hours are 10PM–8AM. Fishing and hunting allowed per local laws. ATVs and bikes restricted to designated areas.This is a rustic, outdoor camping experience. Amenities are intentionally minimal to preserve the natural setting. Site includes: - 30-amp RV electric hookup (adapter needed for EVs) - Water Well - Cleared tent or camper area - Fire ring - Access to nearby trails and river frontage ⚠️ Important: This is a natural environment. You may encounter insects, wildlife, uneven ground, mud, or fallen branches.
