Camp amongst our apple trees with a view of the woods with your own picnic table, fire pit, hammock, marshmallow sticks and grill. 20 and 30amp electric and water is available but no sewer. Pets under 30lbs are welcome. Farm fresh eggs, meats, produce and firewood available from our family farm. We are close to the Mackinaw bridge and the ferries to Mackinac island are only 12 minutes away. We are also close to shopping, dining and the UP. We have walking trails and are in a dark sky area if you're a sky watcher.

What a great spot!!! Chris and Amy are the nicest people and so accommodating. Location is quiet, cozy, level, easy to access. Hammock, fire pit (firewood provided), picnic table, park style grill (charcoal offered to us but we used our own) all perfect! Great base for all that the area has to offer! Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, Mackinac Bridge, multiple lighthouses, the Headlands dark sky park and so much more!! Highly Recommend for your camping adventure!!!

Great access to Mackinac and more!
I camped in a 32' class C with my parents and 3yo son. Chris was welcoming when we arrived and his wife also brought us Mackinac Island fudge. The property was charming, well-shaded, and comfortable with firewood provided. We were just passing through and looking for an overnight spot with electric to run the AC, but the water hook-up was a nice bonus. (Good tasting water--my mom is particular about water!) Had we more time, we would have loved to explore the hiking trails. Being so close to Mackinaw City and other north Michigan attractions, I would definitely stay again as a home-based for visiting the area.

We have been camping for over 25 years. This was a first for us. We have never used Hipcamp before and was a little nervous to use it. We were pleasantly surprised. Chris and his lovely wife were amazing host! They provided extremely helpful tips and tricks that made our trip to the island a more pleasurable experience. The location was perfect and very easy to locate. The site was level.
