We’ve been working really hard to restore it so that we can turn it into a nice private campground but we haven’t made it to that point just yet. If you don’t mind the mini-construction site in the background you can have a nice private campsite for the night and be really close to Mackinaw City while you’re there. 🔌 The site does not currently have water or electric hookups. 🔥 We are working on building a fire pit, in the meantime you may have a fire if you have your own pit/solo stove. 🚗 Please do not park on the concrete. You are welcome to put a small tent there but not a vehicle. 🔔 IMPORTANT: THERE IS A CAMERA ON THE PROPERTY AT THE VERY FRONT ENTRANCE.

Site is near a road but not much traffic. It was quiet through the night. The grass was freshly mowed. There is a dip pulling in but my minivan handled it with no issues. It’s just 6 minutes from ferry parking and 15 minutes to a public beach. Great for a base camp for your camper van.
