Walking distance to Lake Huron,  Bay City State Park, Splash Park, Rail Trails, Fishing, Hunting, Ice cream, Bait Shop, Party Store and just 2-3 miles into beautiful Bay City’s Riverfront District and Midland Street Historical Entertainment District with live music, breweries, Michigans only full liquor Stables Cigar Bar, and great food at 21 bars & restaurants along side Veterans Memorial Park on the Saginaw River. Come relax and watch the Freighters on the river and the trains passing by. Very dog friendly too!
