We purchased land it is a dream come true ! We would love to share our dream land with others to enjoy the serenity and peacefulness of the land and what it has to offer others! Interested in staying Memorial Day can rent tents to you eight dollars a night come enjoy hiking fishing kayaking close to Tully pond and enjoy a stay near our river freshly stalked with trout.Can stay one night or as many as you would like to book Learn more about this land: 39 acres of open space, running river, stocked with trout, swimming in river, hiking, tents for rent relaxing hammock. 17 acres on other side of river to hike camp can kayak on river There is wetlands in areas there are meadows There is a mountain access across from property for hiking called Tully mountain There is a pond in walking distance can swim fish and boating. Directly across from pond across the street general store called Nana’s and a restaurant with Great food Bar called the Boiler!! It is a Peaceful land so much serenity to enjoy!! It is our dream to have such beautiful land !! Really neat sand pit, feels surreal at night with the stars and moon above you. Like you're on Mars or something. I'd recommend arriving in daytime if possible, but we came at night and had no issues. Not sure where the more primitive sites are by the river.

Beautiful land. Very nice host. All the different scenery and views on the land are awesome. Completely private but close to a lot.

Great spot near the river. Very secluded. We were met at the site by the host and she made sure everything we had anything we needed.

Better directions for location and better signage at the site is really needed. We arrived in the dark and had a really challenging time figuring out where to go. Due to the rainy summer, the drive was muddy; we were reluctant to go very far in with an RV for fear of getting stuck. Not a great experience for our situation.

Friendly campmates and really interesting site. The big sand dunes were a fun sight and the cemetery across the street was nice to walk around in.

This is a good place for select campers It just wasn't for us personally...left a day early ....had nothing to do with the surrounding towns/areas to enjoy Pics of sandpit and road down there should be noted...4 wheel drive would be better to get in there It's quite a trek to get to the more primitive remote sites and will have to use a cart or carry your stuff in Brenda was friendly and checked in with us and let us know about things in the area Cell service was non existent with Verizon till you go into the town of Athol for us So if you bring a kid addicted to wifi.... consider that first

Super private, clean campsite. River was just a short walk away from where we camped, peaceful and pretty! Was not hard to find from gate.

Me and my buddies had an amazing time staying in the sandpit. All of the directions were very clear and Brenda checked in a couple times to see if we needed anything. Was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. Definitely recommend and would totally stay again! Thanks Brenda

Our amazing one night stay they were so very accommodating very nice very early in the season but luckily I didn’t have a lot of needs never do, but Brenda amazing job. You did so well this early in the season. True hospitality at work Thanks again, Mike

Super simple but we had a blast! Camped between construction vehicles but private, quiet and lots of space. Had a fire and viewed the stars.

Very spacious site with fire pit and nearby, a beautiful stream. Feels remote even though it’s only about a third of a mile from the street.

Hosts are great! Stream is relaxing and there’s a large falls nearby. Perfect place to kick back and enjoy nature.

Beautiful secluded site with a creek. Brenda had set up a 4 person tent and a hammock beforehand and had brought a couple large bottles of water on a wagon, which we also used to transport our things. She met us upon arrival and showed us through the path to our spot, which was very helpful. Would stay again!

It had a small spring next to the campsite which was super helpful in the dead heat of the summer to cool off in.

Primative site in the pines

Quiet, secluded, primative campsite, perfect for tent or hammock. The river on the property is cool and clear. The pictures hardly capture a fraction of the the beauty of this site. My sons and I had a great time, and the property owner was hospitable and thoughtful. I will be back
