✨ Get away from it all and sleep under the stars. At Beaver Creek Farm, your campsite sits right beside the creek, giving you a true connection with nature. Deer and bunnies roam freely through the area, and you’ll hear a chorus of birds throughout the day. If you’re into the beach or just want a stroll and some shopping in downtown Newburyport, we’re only a 7-minute drive to Salisbury Beach Boardwalk, Salisbury Beach State Reservation, and historic Newburyport. Hampton Beach is just 15 minutes away! 🐾 We have two pet-friendly campsites available by the creek. Currently, we’re a dry-dock campsite with access to water. There’s a 110-volt outlet for smaller campers. We’re also working on building a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen for future use. 🌿 Guests have access to the camping area behind the barn, the riverfront, and a glassed-in garden room. A cozy patio with a gas fireplace will be added soon. Feel free to bring your kayak and launch right from your campsite (except during drought conditions). 🐶 Please note: there is a large bloodhound on the property — she’s super friendly! ⚡ No full hookups are available. A 110-volt outlet is provided, but you’ll need your own adapter (not supplied). 🚐 No campers longer than 22 ft. 🌱 We are 420-friendly, with five recreational dispensaries close by.

If you're into the Beach, a stroll or shopping in downtown Newburyport, we are only a 7 min drive to Salisbury Beach Boardwalk, Salisbury State Park Reservation and Historic Newburyport. Hampton Beach, we've got you covered, only 15 min away. 5 min walk to Salisbury Rail Trail. Site 2 campsite is by the creek. Currently we are a dry dock campsite with access to water. There is a 110 outlet for smaller campers. We are working on building a bathhouse and outdoor kitchen for campers to use. Guests have access to the camping area behind the barn, river front area, Glassed in garden room and sitting patio with gas fireplace to be added in spring. Feel free to bring your kayak and drop in next to your campsite. (not during a drought) Guests can contact Kathy for any questions via Call/Text/Email. Derek the Homeowner it's usually in and out and can also answer any questions you might have. There is a large Bloodhound and occasionally a Lab mix on the property. They are super friendly. There are no hook-ups for campers. There is a 110 outlet you can plug into, with the appropriate adapter (we do not provide that) No campers larger than 25ft We ARE 420 friendly.
