Welcome to Old Harmony! A bikers paradise located in the foothills of Catoctin Mountain, Gambrill State Park, and the Frederick Watershed. The farm has two streams, a mountain bike track, a bonfire pit, a creekside deck, and a rustic shower room. The property is in close proximity to many attractions and activities, including four Maryland state parks, the Appalachian Trail, the Potomac river, and numerous local wineries, breweries, and distilleries. There are a myriad trails for hiking or mountain biking, and rivers and lakes for kayaking, canoeing or fishing in the area.

The Creekside camping area at Old Harmony borders the small creek near the communal firepit and the Night Train mountain bike jump line. NOTE: Campers choose their own space. Camping spaces (approx 20ft x 20ft) are first come, first serve and limited to 4 people and 1 vehicle. Thanks! :)

The backfield at Old Harmony is a large 3-acre field that adjoins a small creek and is bordered by farm fields. It is in close proximity to the communal firepit and the Night Train mountain bike jump line. NOTE: Campers choose their own space. Camping here for Gravity Soul was PERFECT! The property is lovely, the other campers were fun and respectful, and the racing was epic! Such an incredible event, weekend, and venue. If you're coming to Gravity Soul, you gotta camp out!

Last minute decision to stay in the area, host accepted our Hipcamp request very quickly. Arrived in the dark but property had clear signs and a site map. Camp fire ring with plenty of available fire wood. Mountain bike trails and huge jumps are a plus. Wish we had more time to explore the area and enjoy the trails.

Old Harmony Campsites
Not the first time we've camped here but they've recently added it to hipcamp. We enjoyed our stay at the gravity soul/harmony farm. Seems like they've made some improvements to the area by clearing out some brush etc and the site markings made sure everything was very easy to find and setting up before practice was seamless. Next year I am riding night train!

Old Harmony Campsites
Old Harmony farm is an incredible piece of land in the middle of a mountain bikers paradise. Down the road from the Shed trails, and close to DC makes it a perfect spot for most. We stayed in our van for the Gravity Soul event and Zach was awesome. We will definitely be back, will plan weekends based on this availability. Thank you Zach and Jess for opening up the farm to so many!
