Pitch a tent and fall asleep under the stars while listening to the sounds of nature. Rise to the Roosters wake up call. Grill breakfast with farm fresh foods grown on-site. Explore the local area and savor the goodness of Maryland’s Eastern Shore! Conveniently located in Pittsville, MD with an abundance of nearby outdoor activities. We are within an approximate 30 minute drive to nearby Ocean City, Maryland, Assateague Island National Seashore and Delaware Beaches. Offering 2 primitive sites that are privately positioned at the rear of the property, facing growing fields and backed by trees. A central parking area is available with an approximate 800 ft. walk to tent sites. Guests will be greeted upon arrival and provided direction to the camping area. Both camping sites are similar in style and will be offered on a first come, first choice basis. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and fire pit. First bundle of firewood provided, additional firewood available on-site for purchase. (Please do not bring your own firewood as Maryland's Department of Agriculture prohibits the movement of firewood.) There is a common use portable toilet and outdoor sink station/ spigot available near the parking area. We ask that campers practice “leave no trace” to help preserve our land. Waste receptacles are available near the parking area and we have a compost pile available for select organic waste (instructions provided on-site). We are a working farm that provides “Good. Clean. Food.” to our community. With a farm store on-site, campers also have the option to purchase in-season produce, farm fresh eggs, various frozen meats and even popcorn that has all been grown right here on our property! No visit is complete without a guided farm tour. Available as an add-on to your stay, we provide an educational walk through of our growing fields where you can feed the goats, visit the pigs, chickens, ducks and more! Hosts live on-site and will be a quick message away if needed while visiting. There is privacy and tree line separation between the camping area and the host’s residence. Please Note: This is not a party site, we request that guests maintain quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
