When you think the road ends keep driving a short distance and you will start seeing signs. Originally settled in the early 1800's with a few house's, barn's and an old one room schoolhouse. A few foundations are still visible along with a couple old dug wells and dumps with old bottles. We now own 365 acres that was named Texas Four Corners (no one knows why) in the middle of 1,600 undeveloped acres with the closest inhabited house from our property is over a mile away. 15 Mile Stream runs thru the property. 16 miles to Common Ground Fair in Unity. 15 miles to Waterville and 28 miles to Belfast.

Short walk past an old house and barn foundation to your open area tent site with a fire ring and picnic table available for use. The area has nice trails and an abundance of wildlife. If you like peace and quiet with the ability to get some exercise on the trails this is the place for you. Firewood and trash bins are available at the large parking area.

Beautiful spot on the banks of 15 Mi stream with a beaver dam under an Old Bridge. You can park at the parking sign and take a short walk down the hill or if you're comfortable driving down you are welcome to do that also.

The camper is located next to a large open area with plenty of privacy. The water tank is full with 40 gallons of water for the toilet, sinks and shower with more water available if needed. If the septic needs to be pumped that can be done for $40 each. You will need to bring charcoal for grill and drinking water for your stay. There is no power but there is a large battery bank with a solar panel and a generator you can run up to 4 hours a day.

The site worked great for us. Parking was super convenient, Jason was very nice, and at the time we stayed he was offering firewood! overall great experience and would stay there again. I also highly recommend staying at the creek side site, very beautiful scenery.

We had a great night camping here, we were able to use the new stream side site and had the whole place to ourselves. Jason was very accommodating and the sites seem well spaced and private. We definitely plant to come back sometime.

It was a really great stay and super quiet. Walmart is 30 minutes away and the privy is one of the cleanest that I've seen and it has an led light. The communication was crystal and I highly recommened this spot!

Jason is a genuinely hospitable and kind host. The site was private and perfect for our needs. Our dogs were able to explore the area with us. We will book here again on our next trip through. It was an affordable and peaceful experience. Exactly what we needed.

Well it is a nice spot very quiet but it might have need a little more cleaning inside tho. There where a lots of dead bugs, dusts, spider webs. We only had half a toilet paper roll available for 3 persons for 2 nights. Also the heater wouldn’t work more than 10 min after we close the generator. So it was very cold inside during both nights.

Great quiet spot in the Maine woods. There was plenty of fire wood around to burn and plenty of space to spread out in. It is a little far away from any things to do, so be prepared to drive around.

Jason's land was upset, easy to find, and extremely peaceful. Not necessarily good for someone Not used to "primitive" camping, or those afraid of the wilderness. We are so grateful to have had the chance to use Jason's site for our vacation!

I loved tent camping here! The drive up was easy and there was enough service for me to not get lost. Some things of note are that when I arrived and parked my car a swarm of biting flys flew all around my car. Like they were everywhere but right when I got out I covered myself and the whole car as well as my tent and things in bug spray and they left me alone after that. Overall a positive experience!

I loved camping at 15 mile campsite, it was very secluded and the views were beautiful, we had to cut it short because I was not feeling well. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely go again.

We camped on tent site 2. Great spot. Very quiet & secluded. Pit toilet / outhouse just a short walk away. There is a great camper rental on another site for those who might not want to tent.

When we arrived we were very excited and loved the spacious site compared to the campsite we're used to. But I was worried with the amount of splintered wood sticking up out of the ground. I was worried for my dog's paws, so if you bring your dog, maybe make sure they have shoes so they dont get splinters. We decided to walk down the trail and I recommend having rainboots or something as the ground is very mushy and kept pulling my shoes off! As we were looking for the stream we finally made it to the end only to find the stream was more like a bog and there was no way to walk around it. Then as we were sitting at the picnic table, we noticed a lot of hornets flying around us, we thought nothing of it but then saw one fly into something in the picnic table and saw a hive under the seat of the table! Aside from all of seemingly unkempt areas, the animal sounds were very peaceful, especially in the evening. You could hear a lot of frogs and howls. While walking on the trail, we also did briefly see a dear so that was also exciting.

very quiet and secluded. great place for bird watchers, sky lovers, or just someone who wants to get away from the noise. jason was a great guy. he came to check on us and to give us information on the property.

The owner is very responsive and helpful. The site itself is soooo quiet and peaceful it’s how camping should be. No noise pollution whatsoever and you may even see a deer or turkey. Very secluded the entrance is at the two tall poles on the road and then your basically there.

Awesome place to stay. I didn’t drive all the way down to the actual camp sites but it was soooo so quiet and peaceful. Slept great. Road wasn’t bad just hesitant from getting stuck at a different site the night prior. This host responds to messages too which is good. Thanks for letting me stay!

Nice secluded campground. Beautiful fall colors around. Very private. Also very off grid. Would recommend if you do not wish to use the toilet. Also bring own firewood, since it was wet when we arrived.
