The space served its purpose, and for that I am satisfied. Could it improve? Absolutely. What couldn’t improve? Ya know?
And you can’t beat the price compared to mostly every other place is double the price here. I’d definitely stay here again!!!
Thank you Jim C host of Riverside camp in Burlington. Also to add, this camp even had a restroom/shower to get cleaned up so that will do it for me every time!!!

Great spot for tents or very small (less than 10ft?) trailers. The last part of the street to the campsite is a single lane with cars on one side so when when pulling a >15ft trailer you need to pull into the grass then find a good time when there are less cars on the street to drive further back and turn your trailer around in the small parking lot. Or unhitch in the parking lot and manually reposition your trailer using a tongue wheel. If there are a lot of cars in the lot or on the street there's no good way to turn around to leave. After talking with some residents we thought about driving behind the building with the pop machine, going through the parking lot, then re-entering the grass section to park and level.
I wish there was a sign, image with an outline, specific what3words location, etc to better indicate Site 1 and Site 2. On the hipcamp website it looks like Site 1 and Site 2 are on the same side of the street but once you get there Site 2 seems like its on the other side of the street overlooking the river. I was worried I was parking outside the designated Site 1 space. Door to laudry/bathroom is locked so you'll need to ask for an access code if you need that.
Camping near/under the water tower in a tent would absoluetly work. Great view of the river from across the street and overall very quiet!

Site was great, locating was simple and we had a lovely view of the river. Jim was attentive and quick to bring us more firewood when needed. Amenities were accessible and clean, a little less light at night would be nice but you know it's around apts going in so that's on you hah. Would go back!

Pretty cool and surprisingly quiet spot for being so close to houses. The view under the old water tower and out to the river is nice. Was super easy to do a late booking and check in. The owner was very nice and responsive to my messages.
Shower was hot and clean. No frills/soap. Toilet bowl was pretty gross, but everything else wasn’t bad. As far as camp site at this price with a shower, top tier!

Made a super late reservation and arrived after 11:00 p m. Did not have any problems finding the site, it's right off the road. Thanks for allowing people to stay at your place

Beautiful river view, people were very plesant and accommodating. Restroom and shower area very convenient. Had car trouble so arrived late, but made the best of it!

The site was okay. Grass was freshly cut which was nice. Arriving after dark is a challenge. Turning around at the end of the road with a camper takes at least a three point turn. There is clean outs above the ground, there is a post near the pop machine, and a fire hydrant to navigate when pulling into the site.
