Camp with privacy homestead nestled a quarter mile into the woods. (No farm animals currently on property 2026) Choose to camp in a highly frequented deer area by the driveway or walk back to the orchard. Each campsite is private, ensuring you won't have anyone camping right next to you. Sites accommodate from 3 to 7 tents, each with its unique charm and surrounded by ample firewood. Experience the natural habitat of foxes, deer, pileated woodpeckers, hawks, owls, and other woodland creatures. Depending on rainfall, a pond occasionally fills up, providing a great opportunity for catch-and-release frog and toad adventures! (Nets provided or use your hands like a pro) Meet our two domesticated squirrels, "Big" and "Little," who are always hungry and love pecans. Please be sweet to these two precious babies. They are the squirrels that don't run away from humans. Wake up to the delight of fresh eggs, straight from our homestead! (Inquire if interested) Water: Garden hoses are at each site filled with fresh water from our well cut deeply into limestone. Drinkable, but it has a little extra iron in it. Restroom: Porta potty on the Southside of the driveway across from the Pipeline Pole. The walk to Orchard Campsites is a 2-3 minute. - Feel free to pee in the woods like God intended Power: Electrical access available near house for charging and 15amp at each RV site. - Ruoff Music Center: 18 minutes (Northwest, so less traffic) - State Road 37: 6 minutes - Downtown Historic Noblesville: 5 minutes - Amenities: Grocery, shops, food, and drinks! - Bier Brewery: 9 minutes (great outdoor area) - Wolfies Restaurant: 6 minutes (on Morse Reservoir) - Forest Park: 3 minutes - Features: Playgrounds, sand volleyball, skate park, basketball, bocce ball, tennis courts - Schwartz's Bait & Tackle: 4 minutes

This secluded location is at the back of our property. We just cleared the land and planted forage grass for the chickens and other wildlife to graze on. Deer live in the woods around this site. Feel free to play music and hang out until late hours. SITE #3 is a little further down in the orchard. Just be respectful if there are other people there and trying to sleep. If there aren't... do your thing ☺ $5 Firewood Bundle Water: Garden hose is at the site for you to use as needed. Drinkable, but it has a little higher iron content. Please call me with your ETA and I should be available to load up your gear and drive it back to your site on the tractor☺ This site is a small walk from the restroom which is along the driveway. RESTROOM: When walking out of the orchard (back toward house) just follow the forest line to the left. You'll see a sign pointing to the restroom eventually on the left. It's about a 2 minute walk.

This site is the most common area to see deer as they graze along the 1/4mi long gravel driveway. There is a pipeline post beside the driveway which marks the entrance to this campground. Feel free to unload (while on the driveway) then park near the house in the grass EAST of the house and south of the barn (check photo in green) This campsite is off to itself so feel free to play music or stay up into the evening. The Reserve entrance is also marked in the photos as well as the porta potty. $5 Firewood Bundle Water: Garden hose is at the site to use as desired. Drinkable, but it has a little higher iron content. NOTE: There are roosters here... they are loud. They will crow in the morning and sometimes when they sleep.

We just cleared the land and planted forage grass for the chickens and other wildlife to graze on. Deer live in the woods around this site. Feel free to play music and hang out until late hours. You'll pass SITE #2 on your walk to your site. Just be respectful if there are other people there trying to sleep. Yes, there are roosters, and they do crow—even sometimes in their sleep! But you'll also wake up to the beautiful sounds of forest birds chirping in the morning and enjoy peace in the evening. Site Highlights: Secluded Location: This lot is about 100 feet away from the entry to the 15-acre forest preserve, offering plenty of trails for moderate-level hiking. Natural Ambiance: Enjoy the presence of abundant firewood, perfect for cozy campfires. A fire pit is provided for your use. Wildlife: The area is home to foxes, deer, pileated woodpeckers, hawks, owls, and other woodland creatures. Additional Amenities: $5 Firewood Bundle Privacy: Each campsite is private, ensuring you won't have neighbors right next to you. Exploration: Feel free to explore the entire compound, including our orchard with young trees. Freedom: Play music and stay up late—this space is the only one in the area, and we essentially have no neighbors. Important Notes: Terrain: The site is under slight construction. Taylor's site is as-advertised, is in a quiet but convenient location to the Indy/Noblesville region and was everything we needed. Taylor was great on communication and went above and beyond the call of duty when our van got stuck in soft earth from recent heavy rains in the area: he pulled us out with his truck and gave us a dozen fresh eggs from his chickens for the trouble!
