The privacy was fantastic and the creek side spot looks nothing short of heavenly. The creek is gorgeous. The second campsite is a bit less special, but it was so nice to have the space let my dog relax off leash. The road is gnarly and not for the faint of heart! Tammy was extremely helpful and responsive.

Awesome Creekside meadow in the Sandpoint area. I car camped but there’s plenty of flat spaces to set up a tent. The creek water was so nice to jump in Only about a 20 min drive to town. There’s an outhouse if you need use the toilet too!

This is an awesome campsite- gorgeous creek, flower-filled meadow, deep peace. Obviously, Tammy cares for this land and it is very special. However, make sure you have a high clearance vehicle, preferably AWD or 4WD. After it rains, the road can be very loamy and hard to get back up the incline. Make sure to clarify the directions with the host before arriving. The campsite turn-off is about 50 yards past the host's house, and is a little hard to find through the vegetation. Tammy was very helpful and we had a lovely stay.

This is such a cool spot but you definitely need 4 wheel drive!

We had been let down by another campsite for night of 3rd July on our way from WA to Mt and Tammy was able to accommodate us at very short notice. The site was down a fairly narrow, steep dirt track (we were travelling in an F-250 with roof top tent) but when we got to the bottom it opened up into a small grass area. The sound of the nearby stream was welcome noise to get us to sleep and wake us up. Private, remove and in nature. We enjoyed our one night stop and were very grateful Tammy could accommodate us at such short notice. We would absolutely stay again if we were in the area. No facilities - dry camping - but nature won out;

The quiet woods was exactly what my family needed. There was a great sitting rock I was able to sit on near the camp site and hear the creek. I was also able to look out at the mountain across the valley from this rock ( i named this spot meditation rock). The stream hike was fun for the kids to jump in. Tammy was so gracious with her space and I enjoyed chatting with her. I am excited to come back and stay again.

Pretty disappointing as we were directed to a "site" that didn't appear in any of the photos posted for Wildflowers. We pulled up to a work-in-progress cabin that didn't provide a great tent spot or a flat area to park our van. Pretty property but not well equipped for car camping IMO.
We ended up staying at a nearby state park instead.

This was a great campsite! It was very quiet and secluded, and we had a great space to set up our tent and camp. However, we got a bit confused when finding the site. If you use the address on the Hipcamp website, it navigates you to Tammy's house about a half-mile further down the road than the site. Look for the no tresspassing sign and turn in there to find the site (on the right). We had a great stay!

We were fortunate to be Tammy's only campers our night at Wildflowers. What a wonderful campsite! You feel like you are completely removed from civilization and far, far away! While you do pass scattered homes on your way in, you are at the bottom of a secluded small valley where there is no noise intrusion with the exception of a far-off train. What you do hear is nature. The rushing creek is steps away. Of all our stops during our cross-country journey, this was our favorite for it's feel of remoteness and complete immersion in nature's cacophony.
Tammy was a gracious and generous host. When we decided to rejoin the world, she lent us her paddle boards so we could enjoy a trip up Sand Creek.
We will return to her Wildflower meadow one day...when we can stay for an entire week!

We loved staying at Wildflowers with our two boys! Tammy was an amazing host, so responsive and friendly. Upon arriving we weren’t sure that we were in the right place and she guided us in and met us at our site. We had total privacy and were in total seclusion during our stay. The site itself was so beautiful. A field filled with wildflowers right next to a ( very cold) creek. Tammy gave us pretty much free reign to explore her land and my boys loved playing in the creek, having stick fights in the woods, relaxing in the hammock, and around the campfire. If you are looking for a spot to get away this is it! I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Another huge bonus was how close we were to Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille which is so beautiful and City Beach is a great place for families. The drive down to the site can be a little rough and would suggest and SUV or 4WD. Thanks again to Tammy for a great stay!
