The site was great with a nice view of the small pond. Very quiet, gated community with a lot of nice tiny homes for permanent residents. Also, the location is close enough to Blue Ridge to uber over if you didn’t tow a car. Will probably go again sometime.

Amazing experience! Waterside was a perfect location for our Northern Georgia stay. Christy’s spot was beautiful and she did an excellent job communicating. Our trip went off without a hitch!

The site (18) is not at all representative of the pictures on HipCamp. I would guess these pictures are 10 maybe 15 years old when the park was new. There are trees on the corner of each lot that are large and make it difficult to back in without brushing against them (we are in a 42' 5th wheel). The roads throughout the park are narrow which adds to the difficulty of backing in. Something 30' or less would probably be easier to back in. The picnic table was unusable and should have been scraped long ago.
Other negatives, there is a lumber processing plant across the road that have machines running 24/7, a cow pasture backs up to one side of the park (pleasant smell and flies).
Maybe okay for some but we would not return.

Site was easy to back but in the future it may become a little more difficult because of the tree on driver’s side.

We had a blast at Christy’s site. The site has full hookups and trash pickup at 10:00am every day. We fish the stocked pond on the back catch & release like 20 fish, It was a lot of fun. The campground was nice and well maintained. We visited wineries, orchards and downtown Blue Ridge during our stay. Make sure to read the camp rules!

Very cute spot backs up to the pond-full hookups. Great Family friendly community with lots of amenities. Safe roads for kids to ride bikes. Had a food truck set up on Saturday by the pool!

Great lakefront spot in nice rv park, water, electric and cable. Internet and cell service is very spotty. Great location about 20 minutes to Blue Ridge Lake, Ellijay downtown. Private rental, so no need to check-in. Ask owner for site# and gate code before arrival. Excellent response time. I would go again.

We had a wonderful time at Christy's lot. This park has great amenities and is very well kept and clean. In addition to the pool, laundry, dog park, and clubhouse there are lots of open communal spaces to enjoy. The lots themselves are also nice sized and there is a friendly inclusive atmosphere. This park definitely provides more of a community feel with lots of places to walk and enjoy. We would definitely recommend this listing and would love to stay again.

Lakeside RV Lot
When we arrived it is very tight making it around the loop. It is a one lane road and there are cars parked on the edge all the way around, making it challenging to back in. The developer planted trees in between the lots right where you are trying to articulate the camper into the spot. The tree limbs aren't trimmed either, scraping down the camper when you back in, this particular lot had cars right across from it, providing a very challenging back in for a trailer. We were kept up the first night with loud music that was playing after midnight. Unfortunately the loud music and cars across in the road are from owners, so they will be there regularly. The lot is very uneventful, they vary throughout the facility from very nice to mediocre. The facilities are nice, bathrooms were new and clean, nice deck and pavilion area, pool was nice, but inadequate in size for the number of lots. The second night there was karaoke at the pavilion and we had a good time. Again, there was a bunch of yahoos with loud music late into the night again (Not across the street this time) We omitted are last night we paid for and headed home. There doesn't seem to be any rules or enforcement if there are any. If you like hooping and hollering, and let you kids run wild, this is your place. You will have a great time!
We did go to Brasstown Bald, Blairsville, Blue Ridge, and rafted on the Nantahala river. The location is centrally located, and there is no shortage of things to do in the area.

This was a beautiful campground and everything is well maintained here. There was a lot more shade than we thought which was a big plus. My son really enjoyed fishing in the pond and riding his bike around. Everyone we met was very friendly. We will definitely come back again if this spot is available for our next trip.
