I really enjoyed my time at Babs Farm ! It was quiet and peaceful. There are a few homes around, but they are pretty much obscured by tall bushes and trees, so it felt pretty secluded to me… there is some road noise BUT… not very loud and it’s far enough off in the distance, that it did not disturb me at all. I did manage to see a doe and her yearling, late evening, crossing the pasture, via the wood line. There were quite a few limbs that have fallen from some oak trees …nowhere near the actual area where you would pitch your tent or park your RV or camper. Brad was gracious enough to let me use those limbs plus, some wood he had cut earlier, for my campfire. There are no designated fire rings or areas to set up a campfire but… as long as you bring your own fire ring or fire basket, like I did, Brad said it was OK to have a campfire. I will definitely be back !

Great host. Private. Easy directions. Will book with host in future again.
Brad and his wife were amazing hosts and the property was beautiful and secluded. I stayed in the upgraded lot, which had access to a restroom and sink, and was private and quiet.
First time using hip camp. The place was as described. A farm.... with goats in the very back. :). Bathrooms were very clean. It was easy to reserve and the owner responds very quickly. I would camp here again.

Pretty good site, about 10 minutes away from a public bathroom (Walmart). A good amount of road noise and pretty buggy but it was a nice place to rest after a long day of driving and it was pretty private!

Great campground, convenient location for travel.
The directions in were very good it was very easy to find with those directions. The only thing that concerned me was there was no mention in any review or anywhere about the road noise. The highway is very close and there was a lot of truck noise and road noise throughout the night. I would probably not stay there again.

Great property and easy in and out. Booked many times.
This was my second stay at Babs Farm - once again a lovely stay. Brought my dog this time and tons of space to let her run with no areas of the yard that I had to keep her out of. Was perfect
Was exactly what I was expecting! Field was great, host was very responsive, and site was clean and level.
It was everything we needed for our little family. Plenty of room to play on the grass; Brad was very welcoming. We overall love this farm, next time we have to check out the goats.

I have stayed here just shy of 2 years, to say that this is such a beautiful peaceful spot would be an understatement, I have absolutely loved my time here. Brad has been such an amazing host and I am so grateful for his accommodations, kindness and hospitality. Despite my circumstances changing I would return in a heartbeat. Do not hesitate to come here, it is such a serene place!
Ryan was flexible with my schedule and quick to respond to any questions. It’s an open field, plenty of space to park.
The field at Brad’s was great! All in all, perfect for a quick one night stay. We arrived late at night and were worried we parked in the wrong field but we weren’t corrected so I think it was okay. Brad is very nice and quick to respond.

Thank you so much Brad for the amazing stay at your property you were super nice and accommodating. It was a great place for our toddler and dog to run around in, they truly enjoyed it especially seeing the goats. We can’t wait to see how the rest of your projects turn out on the property!
For anyone that is coming to boondock with solar panels. A great spot for all day solar charging would be on the southernmost side. of the property. There is a flying J travel center that is not too far from this property that is great to fill gas, dump your grey/black tank and fill your potable water tank. There is also plenty of great things that surround this property including restaurants, Home Depot and Walmart.

Great stop. We were here for a while and enjoyed the area. Brad was nice.
This spot is probably worth the price, but you get what you pay for here. It is really just pasture behind a house. If you just need a legal spot to park and don't like the parking lot scene, this works, but that's about it.
It was quiet and nice enough, but the arrival instructions were vague and easily misunderstood, and the host was generally nonresponsive during our stay. There are no fire pits at all (we don't have our own pit, and that was a primary reason for renting a spot instead of just finding one in the forest). The lack of designated spots and fire pits should be made clear in the description.

Super quiet and not too far from the highway. Easy to find and I got a great nights sleep. Perfect place to rest for the night!!
Great place to pull in for the night after a day of interstate madness. But Hey--it's a field(pretty dry for having poured all day, I have to say), close to the Interstate and Cheap Thanks enjoyed it
