Beautiful camp spot close to town! My friend and I just wanted to come in for the night while I was in town to get away. We didn't use the showers or amenities (like the canoes) but wish we'd had more time. The camp area was lovely, the firepit is large & the twinkling lights made it feel magical. Would recommend!
Our only issue was the barking dogs surrounding the property, which Brittany has no control of. We ended up leaving at 2AM because we could not sleep...but I'm extra sensitive to noises so for the average person this may not be a problem.

Host is very responsive and the land is very nice, however things are not as the pictures would suggest. Deck that shelter is on is very rotten and waterlogged (built on plywood?) We opted to stay in van instead of the musty tent (to be fair it did just rain). The cleaning fee that is charged is a waste of money, and is hard to imagine what that could go towards.
The space is very cluttered with multiple grills, and just old junk. There is an porta-potty onsite lurking with spiders (but no Toilet Paper, so BYOTP). Didn’t use the shower, so can’t speak on that, however it looks like you gotta run a cord over to the generator to get it running.
To be fair to the host, it was a last minute booking, but hardly worth the price. Grass not cut and just overall pretty messy (watch out for broken mirror fragments and other potentially dangerous tools)
We were informed after arrival that other campers may drive thru the space, however luckily that didn’t happen.
This spot might have been nice 2 years ago, however it just wasn’t up to par for the price. I might try it again for 1/4 of the price and without the cleaning fees, but even then I would hope for the space to be cleared of all the junk, and the deck to be repaired.

Overall, we had a nice time at this spot. The pond and the wildlife sounds were lovely, and it was nice to have our own private space. The hosts were welcoming when we arrived. The glamping tent was spacious and we very much enjoyed the campfire space. To improve the experience, though, the site could use some attention, like tidying up some of the building supplies / various equipment in the area,
repairing the porch flooring for safety, and ensuring the solar lights are working properly. Additionally, it should be noted that the AC requires the generator to run, which adds a lot of noise to the space. Even though it was quite hot, we decided not to use the AC due to the noise.

Brittany was very responsive and understanding that I needed to check In later than the specified time. The campsite was INCREDIBLE and included a yurt, several grills, a fire ring, an outdoor shower and bathroom and plenty of woods to explore. 10/10 experience. Will be back next year!

Lakeside bell tent
Had a great experience at this campsite! There were plenty of opportunities to roast food over the fire and just enjoy hanging out around the campfire, which really made for a cozy, memorable stay. We also made good use of the shower amenities and appreciated the easy access to a portable restroom — both were clean and convenient. The gas grill and generator were huge pluses and made things a lot easier during our stay.
The only thing to note is that there isn’t a lot of lighting around the campsite at night. It’s definitely manageable, but I’d recommend bringing some tiki torches or other lighting sources to make navigating after dark a bit easier. Overall, it was an awesome spot and we’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing experience. The property is very family-friendly. We went with our three kids, and they could run and explore safely. Even though the host wasn’t there, everything went smoothly. She even sent freshly cut firewood with a worker and was very attentive. At one point, we called her to ask how to turn on the generator, and she kindly explained everything.
The place has everything you need: heating, a fan, air conditioning, a grill, a space for a campfire with dry wood, a toilet, a shower, big inflatable mattresses, night lights, and rugs. There weren’t many blankets, but the ones there were enough since the heater kept us warm (and we only used it for about an hour and a half). Even though it rained, we stayed dry in the tent. Watching the sunrise was beautiful, and we could hear roosters in the distance.

This place was great!! The tent was spacious and comfortable (even in the summer heat since it had AC!) and we caught plenty of fish in the pond right next to it. Brittany was an awesome host and kept in contact with us the whole time. Could not recommend this place more!

Spent the night here with a couple of friends... one of the best camping experiences I've had! I was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities. Firewood was provided for us, I was able to take a refreshing shower, the provided bathroom was clean, and the tent was remarkably spacious.
Overall a beautiful view, fun time, and calming experience. Even though it rained through the night, the tent kept us dry and the heater kept us warm.
Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Had an amazing time! Everything was already there for us including a grill and flattop. Caught quite a few fish which my son really enjoyed and overall experience was just awesome.

Had a great time here at Iremide! The property was fantastic and HUGE. The whole atmosphere is very chill and serene. It’s a good mix of not having to do too much while still getting a feel like you’re out in the wilderness. Will be back again!

Lakeside bell tent
This was our second time staying at this site, and again, it did not disappoint! Brittany was very helpful with getting the tent heated for the 30 degree nights that we were out there.
The boys enjoyed the complimentary fishing pole and trekking through the woods to find sticks and pinecones for the fire and then roasting marshmallows on the complimentary roasting sticks and cooking breakfast on the fire pit's grill. I'm sure we will be back. =)

I had a wonderful time on a last-minute solo camping trip, having found this place available with all of its amenities the day of my trip I locked in right away and made the drive, map directions provided were very easy to follow. It was dark when I arrived but Brittany answered right away and greeted me when I parked to give me the run down of the space. Overjoyed to feel safe and welcomed in her space immediately on arrival, truly what nature medicine I needed this weekend - their land is lovely! Great being close to the family but still feeling very private too. &Everything functioned perfectly, GREAT shower! Outstanding communication throughout! I'll definitely be back again!

Such a lovey plot of land this campsite was on. I arrived at dark but had no trouble finding the camp with amazing directions from the host. Loved waking up to the pond reflecting the lovely fall foliage. Lots of wildlife around as well. They had great amenities which truly made it like the hammocks and toilet! Will definitely be back to enjoy it again and bring others with me next time 😄

Wonderful site with blow up mattress and blow up couch. There was hot showers and port-a-potty. Lots of fire wood to start fire. Quiet and relaxing place. Our host was quick to help with any questions we may have and she is on site.

Yes and Yes! This is definitely a hidden gem. My only complaint is that I only stayed one night. =(
The host was in constant communication with me until I got on the property. It was already dark by the time we got there, but the spot on the back of their property had plenty of solar lights and a large flood light by the fire pit. The tent had a fold out inflatable couch and an air mattress with the linens all ready to go which was exactly what we needed for a late arrival.
They had a large griddle, a grill plate for the fire pit and a two-burner camp stove in the tent. All the ways to cook! They even had roaster sticks and firewood ready to go.
My 5yo had to pee in the middle of the night so I walked him out and sat on the porch then he said “mommy, we should sit in the swing by the water”. So we went over and slept under the stars for about 30min in the perfect weather.
I would 10/10 stay here again for a week if I could!

Done a lot of exploring and camping on hipcamp, but this place is such a special gem! The land is beautiful and there are so many wonderful amenities throughout. Definitely will try and come back again in the future!

I don't think I stopped smiling for the first 2 hours I was here. The site has everything you need (hot running water, toilet, spacious yurt, hammocks, fire wood, etc.) Sitting in stillness by the lake and enjoying the peacefulness of the land was incredible. Ill be back!

Great place to visit, highly recommend. Also is a great place for first time campers. We had a wonderful experience. The view of the pond is gorgeous. I really enjoyed having it on the campsite, didn’t have to go far to fish. Not to mention Brittany was an amazing host who made sure we well enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back to revisit.

I am honored to leave this first review because it was the best Hipcamp experience I have ever had. Having the place to ourselves was a rare treat, the tent was lovely, the small lake was a great amenity, the two hammocks were fabulous, the hot outdoor shower was amazing, and the enormous stack of perfectly dry wood enabled hours of easy campfires. And, Brittany was the nicest, most gracious host I've ever encountered. Finally, there were no dogs, chickens, goats or roosters to disturb our stay as frequently seem to roam at Hipcamp locations. Brittany is still working on several additional amenities (and do note you should bring several jugs of water), so I can see the potential for this to be true glamping luxury!
