Beautiful set of campsites on a private lake. There's a well maintained bathroom and the host was very kind and responsive. My small family had a delightful, relaxing time paddleboarding and watching the sunset. The campsites out on the peninsula are incredible. We were the only ones there at the time we camped which made for a very quiet evening.

We loved this place ! what a view!! We camped lakeside and the view was georgeous. The restrooms were clean. Hosts were very responsive. The campsite felt very private and there were very few neighbors. We will camp here again. This place is a hidden gem.

The kindest people! I took my mother camping for the first time and of course weather fools us. Tropical storm hit and Bill was lut there in a jiffy to check on us! He was sweet enough to get us a shower head from his own home just for the women's bathroom !

I couldnt have asked for a better experience ! I wish i could bring my soon to be husband but sadly the place will be closing . It truly hurt my heart learning that info as id come for years but am so blessed i got to experience this place before it goes

Easy to find, stunning views, beautiful space, both Laura and Bill were so friendly and welcoming - we had such a good time we came back for a second weekend in a row with our kids - they had an absolute BLAST.
Will absolutely be coming back here as much as possible 💕

This was an absolutely AMAZING experience!!! Stunning area, with beautiful peaceful views.
Laura was so friendly and helpful, the instructions to get there were on point - we will absolutely be back!!
This trip was a 10 out of 10! My kids and I had a fantastic time. I had a complication with my camper and Bill totally helped me out. My camper has never been so stable. The views were amazing, the bathrooms were clean, the water was amazing and there was so much privacy.

Beautifully peaceful location! If you’re looking for a peaceful weekend with a gorgeous view, boat rentals and quality fishing look no further! The owners were super nice and very helpful! The other campers and day fishers there were really kind and super respectful of each other! They have electrical hookups for rv/camper use and a clean bath house for use! I truly enjoyed my weekend and 10/10 will definitely be going back often!

Me and the family had a great time. As I was there I told my family they should go and camp there. They were very nice and helpful
The park is very pretty and clean. The bathrooms needs to be updated but other than that my stay was good.

Brooks Lake was absolutely beautiful, and
our camp hosts, Laura and Bill, were gracious and helpful with any issue we had, upon our arrival.
Nights were beautiful by the campfire, where stars and fire flys still exist, and mornings with the fog over the lake, will forever be, one of my most cherished memories,

I loved the view of the lake with the ducks swimming. I was only camper but, there were many people who were there fishing. I will be going back soon!

Pros: Brooks Lake was quiet and relaxing. We had a great time fishing and loved listening to the birds sing. The owner, Bill was very nice.
Cons: The bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper or paper towels and the trash was piled up. Hopefully, this is a temporary situation since Bill told us that he was repairing his truck and had no way to take care of these things.
Overall, we had a very nice time there.

Everything was beautiful, it was peaceful and clean, I enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Nice clean and relaxing camp ground. The kids loved it. Our host were very nice and pleasant. I would definitely come back to this camp ground.
Brook lake was beautiful, calming, the weather was perfect, the welcoming committee was awesome. It was clean. I loved it. I will be back next weekend.
We had a great time camping! The lake water was cold but that didn't stop my 8yr old daughter from swimming and paddle boarding with one of our dogs. She even convinced me to go for a little swim the 1st day. Great communication from the owner who was available all the time.

It was a very beautiful place, we loved it and wished we could stay a bit longer. The hosts were magnificent, they gave us detailed instructions on how to get there and always were just a call away. Would recommend anyone looking for anywhere quiet and peaceful this is your spot. Gas station is nearby too just in case you need to reup on supplies
Pretty camping spot. Weather was good. Very unlevel spaces. Stayed in 26ft class C had to use about 5 inches to level up the best possible way
Restrooms good showers - they did need a good cleaning.
A lot of locals driving in and out past us to fish on lake with a truck there most of day playing music that was loud enough it was obnoxious- but they were having fun. But the continual driving up and down and around our site was a bit much. We were the only camper in the campground but the traffic flow for the lake and day use folks made it feel less secluded

While we did have a relaxing day and night we felt at $60 a night was a little pricey for a very old camp space
The Host was friendly that greeted and brought us to the space.
We my grandson and I loved it. It our first camping trip. It was so peaceful and serene. The fish wasn't bitting but it was so relaxing. The owners were absolutely great they made sure we were ok the entire time. We'll definitely be back soon.

I loved my time spent at Brooks Lake. Bill and Laura are just the best people. Communication was great when I arrived on where to camp, where to park, where the facilities were, etc.
The views are pristine. Beautiful trees, a gorgeous lake, you can fish, there are pavilions and picnic tables all around, and some friendly geese walking around as well! I would absolutely come back here again and look forward to it, already!
When I first pulled in, I saw little heads bobbing, geese! Then when I pulled around to my campsite the road led through a little creek any f150 or bigger could get through no problem!!! How awesome is that?! Then, a downfall, the power went out but we had the generator and gas hooked up in a jiffy, with that being said, the man offered to pay for our gas to run our small heater microwave and tv, along with an easy to remember wifi password which worked so well out by the small uncovered lake pavilion. I traveled in an f350 with a camper on top and had very little to no branches above head that got in the way. This is a fine camp and he was able to make us aware of anything when it went wrong or wasn't working properly.

The camp ground environment is absolutely beautiful. The serene lake was a dream & much needed after many hours driving in holiday traffic. The accommodations including hook ups & bath house met our needs. Wish we had a longer stay! Hope to stay again soon.
Peaceful and serene. Bathrooms were clean. The hosts responded quickly and efficiently to our request for firewood.
Bill & Laura's hospitality was amazing! They made every effort to help us find a great spot right on the lake! Moved and leveled the picnic table while we enjoyed conversation. Communication details were very detail and a great help. The views were beautiful and serene, we even had access to a gazebo next to our camp. We slept in our tent and felt very safe. We caught two nice size catfish just before leaving which was great! I can't say enough about this private camp site, except we will be back again soon.

We had the best time at Brooks Lake — it’s truly our happy place. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and it’s the perfect spot to spend time as a family. My son loved learning to fish and explore the outdoors, and we all enjoyed just slowing down and soaking up the quiet. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming — it really feels like home away from home. We can’t wait to bring our camper back for another weekend by the lake!
