Learn more about this land: Bring your RV (class B or C up to 25", trailers up to 16') to our wooded property next to a private residence with a pool, patio, and firepit.  We have one site that can accommodate up to two guests. No pets, children or smoking. Check in between 2pm and Sunset. Check out 11:00. Enjoy bird-watching in the winter – we have a feeder and birdbath. There’s plenty to explore in the area. The property provides water, 30amp electric and free Wifi.  A dump station and laundry are near by.  Generators are not allowed.  The back-in site can fit up to 25' foot R/V (Class B or C) or a 16' trailer (no longer) on a flat gravel surface.     Groceries, restaurants, and services can be found within 2 miles in the town of Sebastian. The beach is a 10-mile drive, but you can get to the Indian River waterfront at Riverview Park in 2.5 miles. Nearby parks and refuges include Sebastian Inlet State Park, where you can fish or surf, St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park, where there are 60 miles of trails and Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, home to the first NWR in the US.  Vero Beach is about 15 miles South and Melbourne is about 20 miles North.Bring your self-contained RV or trailer to our wooded property next to a private residence with a pool, patio, and firepit.  We have one site that can accommodate up to four adult guests.  No pets and no kids.  Enjoy bird-watching in the winter – we have a feeder and birdbath. We do have a lot of train noise (1/2 mile from the tracks). Bright line recently started (35 trains a day). Also my neighbor’s have dogs that like to talk. Remember, Florida has fire ants, no see ums and mosquitoes.

Had an amazing time camping at Gayle's site..Very convenient to local shops an restaurant's...Had the opportunity to watch a rocket launch from her balcony which was amazing...definitely a will stay again..

Gayle is the hostess with the mostest! My stay was great with a large, quiet area to park and also easy to find. Gayle catered to all of my princess needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Requested on short notice and approved very quickly. I came down to Sebastian the day after Hurricane Milton for a wedding and needed a place to park my Class B van. All RV State and local parks were closed for at least the next few days. Was lucky enough to come by this place through Hipcamp app. Fit the requirements completely with 30 amp service and water. Gayle was very gracious with getting me comfortable and filling me in on the area. I keep extending my stay because of feeling so comfortable there. Flat lie and a lot of privacy makes us an ideal spot. Highly recommend it. There's also a neat little petting zoo about a quarter of a mile past her home that is free to the public with a small charge if you decide to feed the animals. They do take donations. There are a lot of unusual animals in it from a ringtail lemur, a kangaroo, zebra and many exotic birds along with more normally known farm animals.

We parked our conversion van for the night. Gayle was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. The view was as described—surrounded by pine trees.

Gayle was a fantastic host and the location was top-notch! The site felt tucked away and secluded while also being minutes away from shopping, great food, nice beaches, and even skydiving. Gayle provided some info about the area and gave a lot of awesome recommendations. There was a pool available, a 30amp hook-up, and other amenities. I would definitely recommend and revisit it.

Beautiful Spot and Affordable
Pine Tree Paradise
This place was exactly what we needed to park our RV for a few days!! We actually ended up staying an extra night!! All the other Rv parks and campgrounds were completely booked, so we were so grateful that Gayle’s place was available! There was lots of room to park our RV, and the surroundings were so beautiful with tons of greenery and birds and wildlife. Gayle’s house was on one side, and then there was just woods and greenery on the other side of us. Gayle even had a really nice pool that we had complete access to, which made our stay feel like a vacation!! The location feels very secluded , But we were actually only a couple minutes away from lots of stores, and only about 15 to 20 minutes away from Sebastian inlet state park! Gayle gave us great suggestions for beaches to go to, and she even gave us a free day pass to get into The state park! Gail has electric and city water that is easy to plug-in. She has a special hose to drain your gray water into the woods, but there’s no place to dump your black water tank on her property. This is so much cheaper than an RV park in this area, but just as nice (I would say even nicer because of the privacy and quiet and pool).

We loved staying at Gayle's! The space was private from neighbors and Gayle's hospitality made us feel right at home. We were able to enjoy the pool and laundry services while we stayed for a week. Gayle has a lot of knowledge of the Florida parks and had a folder of surrounding information for us, from parks to restaurants and the local run down of activities. Gayle was available for us and had amazing communication. Staying with Gayle was like having our own personal tour guide! My boys said to make sure and give her 5 stars! Can't wait to come back!

Gayle is an excellent host. The spot was very private and safe. Gayle had a screened in pool with deck chairs where we could enjoy the view and avoid the bugs. She also gave great suggestions for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.
