Our stay at this location was fun and easy. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the conveniences of the location. The surrounding area was full of beautiful activities. We went on a dolphin/sandbar tour that was incredible.

Denise was the perfect host! She was very responsive, easy to work with and everything was as described. Well, it was more beautiful than the photos represent! We enjoyed the site, it was directly on the canal, with easy access for the boat. The kids enjoyed ping-pong, swimming and riding bikes in a secure /safe environment. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Denise!

Little Palm By The Sea
The space is terrific for a nice spot to stay while jumping round the Keys. We’ve been there twice and loved it both times. The facilities and amenities at Venture Out are great as well. Close to a couple really great restaurants and bars including Broil, Square Grouper, Boondocks and Tonio’s. Counting the days until we can return. Denise is easy to work with. Thanks!

Great time and nice resort with more amenities than some other resorts which were at comparable pricing. Pickleball courts to swimming pool available. Also, pool tables, ping pong, sewing classes and much more. Church services are available. The only negative we experienced was a couple area wide internet outages. All campsites were affected, but internet was still available in the resort’s activity room. . Enjoy.

We loved our stay at Venture Out. The location can’t be beat. There are a lot of restaurants and a grocery store close by. We would recommend this location for your next Keys adventure.

All of the facilities of the resort are available: a rec room, basketball courts, tennis courts, Pickleball courts(Pickleball club), access to the water for boating with a mooring area right behind the site. There are many organized, activities: welcoming clubs, breakfast on occasion, food carts on occasion, flea market, and a nice church meeting in the park. Note that dogs are to be walked outside of the park, to do their business there. It is not too long of a walk to get to the gate from the Little Palm by the sea site. Also, with the Wi-Fi unit Denise provides, there is great Wi-Fi connection. Our 26 foot trailer fit into the spot just fine.

We loved our time here! The host was open and made sure we were aware of rules and extra fees well in advance of our arrival! The spot is right on the water and close to all the amenities. We stayed with our puppies and had a blast! Can’t wait to come back

Little Palm By The Sea
We loved our spot, along the channel and beside one of the public park areas in the resort. We played pickle ball, hung out at the rec center to play ping pong when it rained and swam nearly every day in the salt water pool. We rode our bikes a lot and had fun adventuring north n south of Cudjoe Key. Denise was great. She kept us apprised of all the little things. It’s very likely we’ll be back. Thanks for the connection to a warm n welcoming community.

A nice spot in a gated community. The pool and facilities are weel kept and the people living there were friendly.. Denise was also very helpful with any questions that we had during our stay. The lot is gravel but well maintained and level.

Little Palm By The Sea
Overall, we loved staying at Little Palm by the sea. Our 44 foot 5th wheel fit perfect, we were even able to put our rear patio down. It was very peaceful hanging out on the canal, fishing, and watching the sunrise/sunset. Great central location for exploring the southern Keys. Hookups all worked fine. The only piece of critique I would throw down is the canal was a bit dirty. Lots of grass and debris built up on the end and needed to be cleaned, and there were also lots of "upside down" jelly fish on the bottom of the canal. We opted not to swim, but to paddle board and kayak out of the canal. Overall, great time.

It was a lovely place to stay. Lots of amenities. I wish the $125 one-time fee was mentioned more up-front and not way down, several scrolls down... but it's the Keys! Everything is expensive here. Sunrises are gorgeous, people are nice. The list of rules is a little off-putting, but this is a place where there are lots of year round owners and they like to keep things nice. It is.

Nice place if you look for a big RV park and gated communities. Nice pool. Very convenient for us because we booked at last minute and we wanted to spend couple of days at key west. WiFi is good. The only thing is the 125$ fees the community charge over and above what you pay.

Site is exactly as described by host in her listing. Huge swimming pool was comfortably warm and clean. Neighborhood was clean, secure and quiet. There are many rules which were made extremely clear by the host and the management of the park, including the business about walking dogs. It seemed ridiculous at first, but soon became clear that it was actually quite effective at maintaining a clean and quiet environment throughout the very large park which has rv campers coming in and out every day. The site is close enough to the park gate that it was rather easy to walk our dogs in and out of the park as required. This place is great for folks who have a boat, and just fine if you have dogs, provided they are very obedient and stay within the small bounds of the site. It was adequate for our 42’ fifth wheel, but doesn’t have much room to spare for hanging out outside. Denise was very responsive to my many inquiries.

The place itself is nice and so is the community. When we arroved the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance which makes the extra fee for the stay war too pricey. The internet somehow didn't work for us which was still fine as we only stayed for one night.

Loved this spot! Great amenities, park your boat right behind your camper, beautiful pool, little store on site. You really don’t ever need to leave the premises unless you want to grab dinner at one of the many great local places! 10/10 would recommend

Our experience at Denise's Hipcamp at Venture Out was fabulous. We carry a Starlink so I can't comment on any other WiFi, but open sky is totally available. The spot is fabulous, write on the waterway; a short distance from tennis, pickleball, ping pong, table games for any interested. It's gated with 24 hours security so it was profoundly safe. Bicycle riding easy and close to seafood market and restaurants. Great proximity to Key West. I extended our stay for an extra week. We were there off season. I think its fully rented during season. Great pool... place to swim in sea that is protected. Denise is available and responsive to any issue.

Overall it was an ok experience. It’s a safe location and it’s somewhat in the middle of the keys so there is lots to do. The pet rules are the strictest that I have ever experienced. You have to walk your dog outside of the entire park to take them to the bathroom.

Denise is an excellent host. Wonderful communication and worked with us step by step to resolve the WiFi problem but other than that the location was spectacular and the security guards were also amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Really liked the spot…. The extra fee the HOA charges is in the description, I just didn’t read that far. I wouldn’t recommend the spot for anyone staying a night or two because the $113 extra is for “entire stay” … just a bit insane for one night. That said the host texted me after I booked and told me about it plus had the chance to cancel. Happy I didn’t cancel the place is a great location (30 min from key west) & hope to visit for a longer stay soon. Beautiful spot!
