Our family-owned campground offers convenient RV camping options and vacation rentals. We are the closest campground to Key West, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore Key West and the stunning beauty of the Florida Keys. All sites are back-in sites with full hookup and 30/50amp service. Your one vehicle in addition to your RV must fit in your site, We do not have additional parking, otherwise, the car must be parked outside on the right of way. When booking a site, the length of the RV must include a bumper-to-bumper or trailer tongue-to-back bumper length including any type of bike and motorcycle racks. All RVs must be SELF-CONTAINED as we DO NOT HAVE A BATHHOUSE. We recommend parking at the entrance and walking to your site to be able to plan your approach as most sites are best to back in from the entrance. At Leo's, we do not allow third-party drop-off RV service at our campground, due to a conflict of schedule dropping off and picking up equipment. *Prices are based on 1-2 people and do not include 12.5% sales tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. There is a 2-night minimum stay and a 2-night nonrefundable deposit at the time of reservation for Memorial weekend, 4th Of July week, Labor Day weekend, and Holiday break from December 20 to January 1st. There is a 4-night minimum for Fantasy Fest's 10-day celebration, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and a 50% non-refundable balance is to be paid a month before arrival. Monthly reservations require a $250 nonrefundable deposit at the time of making the reservation, and they can only be made over the phone or in person.

Overall we had a nice stay. The lady at the front was sweet. This area isn’t as close to the beach as we were expecting. The pond/water area is muggy and not very clean. Also, you can’t fish from there. You cant access the ocean unless you rent kayaks from down the road and they don’t deliver nor do they let you enter the ocean at other locations. You can rent a golf cart but their rates are high. It was cheaper for us to rent a full size car for three days. There are only 3 washer and dryers and they were all dirty with dog hair. So beware.

Leo’s Campground is a great RV park for those looking to stay in Key West without breaking the bank. Our site was a great size for a class B, clean, and convenient place to park with easy access to the island’s attractions. The staff was all amazing. For a small park off a busy road, they've done a great job creating an inviting space. They have murals throughout the park, chairs and firepits set up along the mangrove edges, and an iguana feeding station, which our kids loved!

Leo's Campground is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated how close it was to Key West, as it was only a short 10-minute drive to Duval Street.

This was a nice clean camp ground close to the heart of Key West. Most days we ubered and one day we rented bikes. Not a bad bike ride at all. Leo's was quiet and they have cool murals and places to sit by a lagoon. Highly recommend!

Camping in Key West is very pricey! Including this spot. We enjoyed the waterside seating and the tikis around the campground. A bonus would be to have plumbing and discount for those who don’t need to plug in!

Leo’s Campground had great communication with very specific check in instructions. They were very accommodating when we wanted to stay longer and let us keep the same site. The sites are level with easy hook up to water and electricity. Being able to do laundry was a perk as well. The dog park is a small fenced in area mainly for bathroom purposes for big dogs and smaller ones can run around it; bigger dogs can take walks around the campground and enjoy the scenery behind it. Everyone was very friendly and we would stay here again!

Site was well kept, as promised. Location was convenient as we brought bikes to get to Duval St. Was easy to find the site after hours and then check in the next morning. Cute amenities around the site. Laundry melted some of our clothes, but that was the only downside.

:For Key West, this is a very affordable campground near downtown. The stay was stress-free and relaxed. There was plenty of space for maneuvering. The surroundings were beautiful and we would have liked to stay longer. We would definitely come back here.

Great location, clean property, great amenities. Close to the action by being a 5 mile UBER ride away. Was a well managed campground. Laundry room requires an app, ping pong and a pool table for guests. Restaurant easy 3 minute walk. Great rv resort and fabulous location to Duvall street.
