Very unkept. Road rutted out on entry. Not as advertised, There were not views of Pikes Peak.

Beautiful location and serene just a few miles from Woodland Park town. We had a wonderful stay and would visit again. We had two puppies that were able to run around the property and loved every second of it. Thanks for hosting us it was a great weekend away!

We stayed a few nights here. Host was friendly & welcoming. He lives on property not far from our set up. The site with electric is not flat. We maxed out on our levels & had to use a step stool to use our outdoor kitchen. We were able to do a dump before leaving, but it was located around other side of his house & required backing in. Pet friendly, as Host has 3 dogs, but their little dog barked at ours every time it was out so we kept ours close to the trailer. There's a great view of Pikes Peak & is relatively close to Red Rocks. Town is close by with groceries, restaurants, & laundry options. We saw a young grizzly dumpster diving in town & a huge Buck came through our site at dusk. Host mentioned he will be making improvements to property in the near future.

We had a great stay at this little gem near Woodland Park! The spot is conveniently located just off the road, but it still felt really private and peaceful—like our own tucked-away corner of the forest. Brooke, the host, was absolutely lovely—gracious, welcoming, and full of good vibes. We ended up having a great conversation with her, which made the experience even more special. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed a few nights at Bobby's place. We felt very welcome, the spot had great views and was a perfect launching spot for exploring the area. We would definitely stay again!

Was unable to make it to our reservation due to an injury my husband sustained the day before. Messaged the host the morning of to advise him, but never received any acknowledgement. I wasn't asking for a refund, but at least an acknowledgement of our situation would have been cordial.

We camped here with our 18ft camper van. The views were incredible. It is right off the highway so there is some traffic noise. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

First timers with our 34’ travel trailer and couldn’t have asked for a better spot and host! Bob was super helpful and his location is wonderful!! Plenty of trails close by (10 minute drive), and Woodland Park was a great town to catch some local bites. A+ would recommend. We will be back!

Bobby and Brooke were so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed chatting with them and experiencing their property. Definitely go down the road a bit and hike to the red rocks. The FHU site was under construction but we were still able to do a sewer drop before we left which was appreciated. Highly recommend these warm hosts and their property.

GPS misguided us so we were late arriving, Bob and Brooke were very helpful in getting us there (we were lost!). We enjoyed our stay and Bob continue to be very helpful by allowing us access to one of his other properties. While the water source was at a distance, Bob had an extra long hose to make it work for our rig. Also, the location is on a hill, so there is a bit of an incline (our heads were down hill while sleeping, didn't bother us a bit). Overall, it was a good experience for us and our dog Rosie loved the freedom to run!

We needed a spot last minute when our original vacation plans changed due to weather and we decided to head to Colorado. Very happy with both the space and the host. Bob was friendly, accommodating and very good with communication! Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our time at this property. Dogs could run freely and that was the biggest plus for us. Area behind our RV spot is absolutely gorgeous, and you wouldn’t even be able to tell that you are so close to town. If your RV do not have working restroom, make sure you bring camping portable one , in case you don’t want to drive anywhere to use restrooms . Bob was very accommodating, and he will make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable.
I am sure that if my dogs could leave a review , they would give this place 10 out of 5 😂
They ran freely , explored the nearby forest , and played frisbee for hours. Anytime we would go back to the trailer they would whine to go outside and run again. So if you want your fur babies to be happy , take them to this property and let them run around!

Our stay at Bob’s cabin was amazing! He was attentive to every detail, from chopping us some firewood, to messaging us the morning of our arrival to provide clear instructions on how to get to the property, as well as giving recommendations on attractions in the area. the property was very clean, well attended and close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to feel secluded. the listing does say that there is both a jacuzzi tub and a hot tub, however there is only a jacuzzi tub inside, which was more than enough for us! the area was absolutely breathtaking and we look forward to returning one day! Bob was an amazing host and we definitely recommend this stay!

When I arrived, Brooke greeted me and she was so friendly and welcoming. I brought my dog and she LOVED the freedom of wandering the property … so many places to explore! My specific reason for the visit was to catch the meteor shower and this location didn’t disappoint … wide open skies w perfect viewing of the shooting stars! Thank you for hosting us!

We are first time travel trailer owners and this was a great place to give it a “test run”.
Our host was very helpful and kind. He taught us so much about the camper that we probably wouldnt know otherwise and we learned a lot! He definitely did not have to do that for us so we were grateful. Our dogs got to be off leash so that was nice as well.
Definitely give them a call before you book to get a layout of the camp sites so you’re aware of what it will be like and be prepared.
Definitely recommend, especially if you’re new to camping and might need some assistance!

Far enough off the highway to reduce noise. Forest feel. Full hook-ups were great. It is a real nice property with a lot of room and a view of Pikes Peak. Close to town for conveniences.
Short drive to Deckers for fishing.

Bob was a super host! He has a great vision for fixing up his beautiful 12 acres. My dog, is a 21 month old Bernedoodle, and she had the time of her life. She ran around the property without a leash, for the first time in her life. We will definitely be back!
