Welcome to Black Forest, Colorado, located on the northern end of Colorado Springs. This property sits on 5 1/2 acres of beautiful woods. Despite the privacy and peacefulness, you are only minutes away from a gas station/convenience, store, barbecue restaurant, breakfast/lunch café, and a pizza/grinders restaurant. We have two covered RV spots and two open RV spots. The two covered spots have electrical hook ups, the smaller spot offers only 110v plug-in, and the large spot offers 30/50amp. Although we don’t have water at each spot we do have long water hoses to get your tanks full. Please note we do not have septic! There is a KOAA 15 minutes away, which allows dumping for a $10 cash fee. The smaller RV spot is suitable for up to a 30 foot RV, the larger spot can fit up to a 40 foot RV. There is one tight turn to get onto the property, but once you’re on the property it is easy to navigate. We highly recommend you arrive during daylight hours, so you can maneuver properly. Wi-if available. Fire pits allowed on the open center area only. Quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Owners live on site, in the log cabin. Two dogs live on property.

This spot is 18 feet wide, 40 feet long and completely covered. 50 amp service. Gravel base. There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.

This spot is 14 feet wide, 40 feet long and completely covered. Has only 110v plug-in. Flat spot, Gravel base. There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. There is no spigot at the site, but we can run a water hose over to fill up your tanks. Please note there is no septic here. Generator is allowed at this site from 8 AM to 9 PM. Owners live on site in the cabin. Two dogs on property. Wifi is available on site. This is a very quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. All lots are at least 5 acres.

Colorado Springs Private Retreat

Perfect stop while staying in the Colorado Springs area. Very clean property with easy access to the RV site. We stayed in the larger bay with our 33’ fifth wheel. Adriana and her husband were very good at communicating with us and made sure we were hooked up to their water. The setting is a nicely wooded area with deer and birds coming through on loud stay.

Very secure and quiet. The hosts were accommodating. I used the spot for a basecamp and we went bike camping in the mountains for several days without any concerns for safety.

Adriana’s place beautiful, peaceful and has what you need! She’s extremely generous and go out of her way to make you have everything! I will definitely be back!!!
