Nestled in the Rocky Mountain Foothills, enjoy glamping in our stunning light filled studio! The views are spectacular and the location is QUIET. Off a dirt road, our property is surrounded on two sides by over 100 acres of untouched wilderness.  Stay in the beautiful 300 sq ft studio (queen murphy bed, small fridge, free-standing water cooler, small microwave, dry flush toilet, **no running water) with large french doors that open wide to a deck designed for sunsets and stars with a view of the backside of the iconic Flatirons.   15-minute drive to Downtown Boulder, or 20 minutes west to Peak-to-Peak highway and 50 minutes to Rocky Mtn National Park!  Visit the idyllic Pearl Street mall, top-rated restaurants, and multiple craft breweries, and walk the dirt roads of the hood, with the end of road overlook for a breathtaking view of Denver from above!  Slow down and take in the clean mountain air and soothe your soul with the tranquil mountain views complete with stargazing galore!  Perfect for bicyclists as we bridge Lee Hill and Left Hand Canyon epic loop.  There are some drinks and snacks available for your use.  The property is not suitable for children ages 12 and under. *FYI county posted a sign at bottom of the hill:  "Adequate snow tires and vehicle Oct 1 through May 31st required" The place is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. It's the perfect spot to explore Boulder, Colorado. Glamping with a newborn

As parents to a newborn, we needed some time away in nature with comforts to keep our newborn happy. We picked up some pizza in town, and enjoyed every minute of it (including baby)! This studio was perfect.

What a peaceful retreat! This was such an amazing view to wake up to- it felt like a dream. A special treat was the many hummingbirds who were not shy and beautiful to watch at the feeder and playing and interacting with each other.

We had an amazing stay on Jay + Karyn’s property. They have stunning views and a beautifully decorated studio. You can tell they put time and thought into their space and it is so inviting and refreshing! Their deck was perfect for yoga and stargazing. They stocked the studio with snacks and had plenty of water for us. The bed was extremely comfy - made getting up for the sunrise even harder! Definitely stay here if you get the chance :)

The view and the location and the tranquility and the price are outstanding. I had such a peaceful 2 night stay, and Karyn and Jay made me feel completely welcome. I would recommend their little slice of heaven to anyone, night or day.

Beautiful serene setting to get away from the city. Exactly as advertised with the simple no plumbing situation but with everything you really need to be cozy and relaxed. Views are just like the photos. Great communication from the host and good directions if needed although Google maps led us right to the spot. Highly recommend and will absolutely return.

The boho yoga studio experience was phenomenal! The place is immaculately clean, and the decor and furnishings are lovely and high quality! You will see the stars and moon at night, and the forever mountain view during the day from the ample windows. Excellent touches as well in terms of snacks, and tea and soap. Comfortable bed, lovely balcony, and super gracious hosts! Don’t fear the dry toilet, it’s easy to use!! You have tons of quiet and privacy but are close to the fun town of Boulder and the National Forest. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful studio that was perfect for my husband and I along with our dogs. The view was unbelievable. Even though the clouds prevented us from seeing the stars before we went to sleep, I woke up to sky full stars which took my breath away.
