We chose this lovely tent on our recent trip to CO with our teenage son. Our son slept on the provided cot. Even though this was camping we really had all the amenities we needed. We cooked at the campsite for breakfast and dinner on the camp stove. Shower was hot. Woke up in the morning to deer grazing out in front of the tent. Would definitely stay again. Scot and Brooke were great and answered any question we had in a timely manner.

Mountain View Glamping Getaway
We had a fantastic night's sleep in Scot & Brooke's tent! It felt spacious and clean, and the attention to detail in the decor and design made us feel we had everything we needed. The welcome binder offered some tips and they conveyed the information with warmth. The portable bathroom was very clean, and we didn't need the shower but it also looked clean and easy to use. We had our breakfast on the porch and headed out to Mesa Verde NP having had a peaceful start to our day-- highly recommended!

We arrived late at night, but the property was easy to find, and we had a great time! Despite being the height of summer, it was very cool (and a little cold!). We were a party of two. I brought and slept on a twin air mattress which fit very nicely in the tent, alongside the bed. We also found extra cots under the bed, so bringing our own wasn't absolutely necessary. There was a picnic table next to the tent, so we had a late dinner while looking at the stars. It's located on a grassy meadow and super peaceful and quiet. There were plenty of extra blankets too. We didn't get to stay as long as we would have liked since we needed to leave very early the next morning. Scot greeted us early in the morning as we were packing to leave, and we were able to get help from him to pull out a necklace that had dropped between the slats! Scot immediately got us a wire and we were able to retrieve the necklace before we had to leave.

This was a great experience. The tent is roomy, positioned for a sense of privacy, and great views of the mountains and wildlife. Scott and Brooke have thought of lots of little amenities to make the stay comfortable. A perfect place for exploring Mesa Verde NP! Highly recommend this stay! Oh, and check out Mancos Brewery!

We enjoyed our time on Scot and Brooke's property. Check-in was very easy. Directions on getting there and instructions for the site were very clear. When we arrived we noticed some things had been missed by the cleaning person and I had messaged Scot and Brooke to ask if we could have them brought to us. They were very apologetic and said the cleaning person had an urgent issue and was unable to completely finish setting up. Scot came by and brought us what we needed and even tidied up a bit more. The vault toilet was very clean and even in the hottest parts of the day had no odor at all. The shower was a very nice touch, especially after a long hike! It did get a bit too hot but that's preferable to too cold! Brooke offered to bring fresh made lattes Sun morning but, sadly, we had a late morning and missed it. They were great hosts and we hope to come back and stay again in the future. The property was absolutely beautiful with lots of deer roming around throughout the day.

Scot & Brooke’s glamping set up was great! Check in and out was a breeze and the land was so beautiful. Sleeping close to nature with the animals was a great experience for our family of 4. My young kids enjoyed watching the prairie dogs and birds. Heating food was easy and the supplied utensils got the kid done. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again.

This is a neat spot - beautiful views. Thank for the restaurant recommendations in the info book - the one we went to was great! Also, if you stay here, make the time to visit the Canyon of the Ancients Visitor Center - not far away in Dolores - has great exhibits.

This was such a beautiful spot to stay. Our band stayed here between shows and it was super comfortable and beautiful. Thanks for providing water, bedding, and even coffee! We hope to come back sometime in the future.

The site was exactly as stated. It was private, quiet with fantastic mountain views. Deer visited us every day. A few fields over you could see cows and sheep. A very relaxing stay.

Beautiful property with a great view of mountains. Up in the hills, but still close to Mesa Verde. I especially appreciated recommendations for auto repair when it seemed I had brake issues. Big O tires checked it out, and didn't charge anything for the small repair needed!!

Off the beaten path and quiet! The view is great! Meet both of the “hosts” and they were very nice. Pretty much left you alone unless you needed something!

We enjoyed our stay at the Quiet RV Pad near Mesa Verde, last week. Scot and Brooke were very friendly and their site is easy to access . A great plus was the almost daily visits by herd of Mule deer who checked us out.

This option was fantastic for us - a single, private spot with no other RV’s around. Great vistas and view of the snow covered La Plata mountains. Brooke and Scott were gracious hosts. Enjoyed our conversations with them when they briefly checked in with us after we arrived. Would definitely recommend this option. We hope return the next time we’re in the area.

the home was right next to the home, not ideal for pets and no drive through we pulled in and nacked out about 60' never stayed because of our pets. cancelled and still waiting on the refund.

Wonderful hosts on an absolutely beautiful property. We stayed a couple nights with our dog and toddler. Everyone had a great time. The hookups were great since it was pretty chilly at night. Very close to Mesa Verde NP. Would definitely stay again!

Great site, nice and quite as described - great views. Very relaxing! The driveway entry is asymmetrical so if you have a bigger rig, an approach from the south is easier.
Overall, I would certainly recommend this place and we'll stay again if we pass through this way.

Quiet RV Pad Near Mesa Verde
Very quiet spot, met the owner, nice guy! Within minutes to Dolores or Cortez. Was a challenge to get in and out of the spot with our 40' rv. Low trees, so go slowwww. The grounds are really bumpy so there is no good place to sit outside. We were visiting the area and it was conveniently located, Many deer in the area so be careful driving,
