šŸŒ„ About the property Private 20-acre desert property located between Fruita and Grand Junction with direct access to surrounding BLM land. This area is known for off-road exploration, mountain biking, hiking, and a well-known rock crawling trail system just a few miles up the road. Extensive off-road routes and exploration right from camp. The property offers a mix of shaded grove camping under tamarisk trees and open desert sites with wide views, so you can choose between privacy and open space. 80’ tractor trailer trailers can access the property, with plenty of room to turn around. We also have a septic dump and potable water available šŸ•ļø Campsite options RV Site (with power) • One site currently available • Power hookup • Easy access and turnaround • Suitable for RVs and trailers --- Grove Campsites (Shaded) • Located within a natural tamarisk grove • Private, quiet, and protected from wind --- Open Desert Site • Wide open space with big sky views • Vans, tents, or simple setups, but can easily accommodate large, semi rigs or groups. • Great for stargazing and quiet camping --- šŸ”„ Fire Policy Due to the dry desert environment: • Fires are only allowed in a designated fire areas • No fires within certain campsites inside the Tamarask Grove. • Fires may be restricted during windy conditions or local fire bans --- 🚵 Activities nearby • Rock crawling and off-road trails • Mountain biking and dirt bike riding • Hiking and exploring BLM land • Stargazing and quiet desert camping • Direct access to surrounding BLM land for off-road riding — many routes accessible without trailering • Close to the 21 Road trail system and a short drive to the 18 Road mountain bike trails --- āš ļø Things to know • Located on a dirt road (generally passable for most vehicles) • Remote, quiet setting • Please respect the land and pack out trash from campsite to trash area. --- šŸ‘ What makes this place unique • Direct BLM access • Close to a well-known rock crawling trail system • Shaded grove camping (rare in this area) • Large vehicle access and easy turnaround • Quiet, private desert setting —- šŸ• Pets Dogs are welcome! Our RV site is situated for rigs up to 65 feet in length. You can bring any size rig and it will fit, skoolies are welcome! We offer 50 amp electric and there is a communal firepit. Pets are welcome, but must be on leash and cleaned up after. We're looking forward to hosting you! We have a cool little grove of Tamarask Trees that are gorgeous when they're in bloom.

Tamarac campsites are first come first serve there are three sites to choose from, all within the trees. Sites are all flat and have wild grass. Camps have plenty of shade within the trees.
