I'll share my views, seven camp spots, 2 clean porta potties, a *hot shower", and a charging station for a great price. Bring your ATV's, hiking boots, and cameras for the best experience. Hike or ride with a local, and see the best sites in Park County, Colorado. *SHOWERS ARE SCHEDULED THROUGH CAMP OWNER FOR A TIME BETWEEN 8AM AND 6PM, JUNE THRU AUGUST. AN ADDITIONAL $15 FOR 10 GALLONS OF HOT WATER. Learn to live off grid...conserve water and electric.

Camo Acres is located between Hartsel, Colorado, and Guffey, Colorado. Camp Site #1 is on the south side of the camp. The site has views of six 14er's, and two mountain ranges. Black mountain and the National forest to the south and east, and Buffalo peaks to the northwest. Site includes a large fire pit with complimentary $10 bundle of fire wood.

This site is at the highest point, at the campground. To the north campers can see the lights of Fairplay at night, and mount "Silver Heals", to the east of Fairplay. Northwest is "Buffalo Peaks", and to the east, five 14er's in the Collegiate range. To the southwest, campers can see Kit Carson, the northern most mountain in the santo de cristo mountain range, and Black mountain and the national forest to the south and east.

Camo acres is a nice relaxing place.Sunset was simply amazing and the stars were like nothing I've ever seen no city lights to dampening out amazing galaxy.Jeff is a great host and very knowledgeable of the area. Definitely recommend this place (Hidden Gem).
