Wild Seeds is a sustainable conscious coliving community and live-work space in nature 30 minutes outside San Diego 🫶🌵🌞 The ranch is full of enchanting spaces -- a koi pond, 100 year old oaks, and a seasonal creek. You can have a totally private camping experience, or join our fun and engaging events. We are creative professionals, ecopreneurs, social impact artists, and spiritual activists. Our community space is inclusive, period. We embrace and celebrate people of all backgrounds, body types, and nonviolent self-expression. PLEASE NOTE: Our residents have outdoor cats, so you will be required to leash your dog while not using the dog park.

Situated on just over four acres, you will find yourself nestled amongst a grove of ancient oaks, towering pines and fragrant pepper trees dotting the hillsides along a year-round creek. Enjoy the sounds of birdsongs during the day and be lulled asleep by flowing water, chirping crickets and bellowing bullfrogs. This site offers the most privacy for our guests, as it's located on the adjacent one acre lot across the street from our community compound. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Three days and two nights of pure relaxation — my solo stay couldn’t have been better! Arriving after dark, Lexi kindly helped me find my way, which immediately made me feel welcome. She responded to every message I sent throughout my stay, making communication effortless and stress-free. The site is private, secure, and peaceful — I could even head into the city and return without a worry. The hot shower was refreshing, and the flush toilet with toilet paper and hand soap was perfect — clean, convenient, and easy to use. The outdoor kitchen was a great bonus, and my drinks in the community fridge were fully secured. Cooking or just relaxing outdoors in this calm, natural setting felt so grounding. Waking up to earthy scents, the rooster’s crow, and warm sunshine made it easy to slow down and enjoy the moment. On my second night, I received an invitation to the open mic night — professional talent and friendly people made it truly memorable. Huge thanks to Lexi for sharing such a welcoming, beautiful space. I left feeling relaxed and grateful — and I’ve already booked my next stay! 🌞🐓🌿

I would definitely stay there again. Well curated. Loved the outdoor kitchen scene and I swam in the stream every morning as a cold plunge. No wifiin the shady grove area. So go close to the house to make a call.

Easy to check in. Very peaceful property with super nice people. Being close to the water was awesome and key for a tent camping with nearby cars and other noise getting droned out.

Tent camped between two pepper trees. Was lovely. A few minutes walk to a bathroom and outdoor kitchen thst was so fun to cook in. No wofo at the tent space but WiFi near the main house. Did a cold plunge in the stream every morning! Absolutely loved the property and will be back

Beautiful land, really nice to be next to the stream. The campsite is pretty sizable for a tent and a table and some cooking equipment. There is a commune on the grounds and the people were nice. The bathrooms were pretty clean and well kept and stocked with toilet paper. Some good hiking and national park land nearby.

I was so surprised about the beauty of the campsite. The creek was very refreshing after a long drive, the people living in the old restored house so friendly and welcoming and the garden and hanging spots to relax were just like you see them in the movies. Absolutely loved it!

Bell Tent Creekside Oasis

This is a beautiful , lush 4 acre property with a creek, and other attributes. The people are kind, caring, helpful and there are 3 kitchens to use, outdoor and indoor. The air is fresh and the mood is uplifting. There are about 14 people staying there. We stayed in a tent since the rooms were booked and enjoyed sleeping there. During the day the there are many rooms and areas available to use each more pleasant than the next. It was a bit hot during the day in the tent but at night it was wonderful except for the border helicopters flying over and the motorycyclists that love the beautiful roads we live on.

The campsite was perfectly situated under shady trees, near the main house but not so close that it felt exposed. It felt like a little fantasy world being on the property

Simple and convenient van parking space a reasonable distance from San Diego. A little road noise, barking dogs and a rooster in the morning. Lots of green plants make you feel like you are a little more in nature. Great to have access to bathrooms. Host was friendly. I would go back in the future and recommend others.

Wild Seeds Ranch is a magical little community tucked away in the hills of Dulzura. Beautiful property for tent camping, van life, and a large lot for larger RV’s. The residents are all friendly and the weather is great, cannot recommend enough!

I loved parking my van at the Cozy Corner. Lexi was helpful, kind and understanding. I was able to rest and rejuvenate after my drive from NY. This place and the people were so welcoming, I felt like I could stay forever. I almost hate to give a glowing review because selfishly, I want to make sure it’s not booked up when I come back through!!!! Met and exceeded my expectations. I will be staying here again soon!!! What an absolute delight!!!! Clean bathrooms and shower, peaceful garden and koi fish pond, wonderful neighbors, and so perfectly peaceful. Thank you Lexi and co. Sending you all my best til I see you again!

My dog & I loved walking around the gorgeous property- so green, lovely flowers, & koi fish! Lexi was absolutely wonderful, everyone on site was so helpful and nice. The fellows campers were very friendly. I used the RV site with an electrical hook up- it was a nice spot, convenient plug in, Lexi sent specific directions to the location. And GREAT price!!! They have a full kitchen, lounge area, & washing machines available. I stayed for an event 30 minutes away and told everyone there about this place. Definitely check it out!!

The people there are super friendly and welcoming. Bathroom and shower were clean. I didn't use the kitchen. I got there after dark and after the host had gone to bed, I don't recommend arriving after dark if possible. It's VERY dark and hard to see. If Im ever back in the area I'd happily stay there again.
