Cheshire Grove
This is a fantastic sprawling property with several sites and the Chelshire grove sits atop the hill, very private and the best location in the property. Parking at the camping spot is a bit tricky especially for big trucks or suvs but our group with 3 suvs managed it. There was all amenities in the site with barbecue, sink, flush toilet, a small shed with a bed, picnic table enclosed fire put. They have so much going on in the propery including the flowers, trees, birds, unique farm animals and the communal area was fantastic. It really is a magical place. The hosts were wonderful people and were glad to show us around and was very helpful with anything and everything. Grocery store and dining options just 5 min drive and the beach is just 7 mins away and dog friendly.

One word…AMAZING!! The property is incredible with so much to explore and find. It’s a fun adventure, especially with little ones. We had a family camp out with 3-generations and we all had a great time! Everything is so well kept, clean and everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful and we felt truly cared for. We will be back for sure!

It was our second time at The Secret Garden and it won’t be our last. The Horseshoe site was amazing. It was spacious, full kitchen, full bathroom, sitting tub, bath tub, fire pit, and an area for 4 tents. Oh, you also get a waterfall. Yeyen and Farbod are the best hosts. We felt like we were in our own world surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. It’s a trip we will remember for years. Thank you!

Really unique experience. The property is large and meticulously maintained. Buildings are made of natural materials. . Plenty of places to explore with lots of little surprises. You can tell it is a labor of love and a forever work in progress. There are both cabins and tent spots. The tent spots are not very private but the amenities make up for that. This is glamping at its best. Beautiful bathrooms, shared kitchen. Yeyan greets you upon arrival, she is very warm and instantly makes you feel like family. Thumbs up. Oh yeah! Don’t forget the animals! Alpacas, chickens, donkeys, ducks.

Loved the experience of camping on the land. The property is a labor of love. Every detail was carefully thought out. The location was great; I purchased a day pass for the state parks. My son and I visited multiple beaches and the redwoods. I did not feel like I was on top of or next to strangers because the layout of the secret garden allowed us to find privacy when we wanted it and community when we desired.

The moment she and her friends arrived, she messaged me saying how lovely and beautiful everything was. Their site was stunning, and the shared outdoor spaces—cooking areas, bathrooms, and more—were thoughtfully designed and truly impressive. Throughout her stay, she kept sending me videos and photos of all the magical little details. It was clear she felt completely immersed in the experience. I’m so grateful to have found this place and gifted it to her. I haven’t visited yet myself, but I will soon—my daughter is already planning our getaway to this enchanting retreat.

The Secret Gardens is a beautifully planned, coordinated, and unexpected deep dive into the passion, creativity, and imagination of another all shared without words. Every turn reveals something unexpected, with a whimsical Alice in Wonderland meets modern surrealism tone. . The landscaping is incredible, and as an ecologist, one of my favorite parts was seeing how many creative, sustainable building practices were incorporated into the site. Everywhere you look, there’s evidence of Yeyen and Forbod’s wildly creative dreams, attention to detail, and impressive craftsmanship. The photos LITERALLY don’t do it justice.. I highly recommend taking this side quest, will be back for sure.

Exceptional stay! We arrived on July 4th in a 29-foot RV for the final night of our week-long road trip, and it was the perfect finale. The land is absolutely amazing, beautifully laid out with walking paths, multiple scenic levels, and fun hidden features throughout. RV essentials, like water and power, were provided. The giant shared kitchen and wood-fired pizza oven were a massive hit, especially for our kids (ages 4 and 8) who loved making their own pizzas. They also had a blast exploring and getting to brush the llamas! Yeyen and Farbod are the nicest hosts. Highly recommended, we will definitely return!

Had a fantastic time. Did not really know what to expect but it definitely exceeded our expectations. We stayed over Fourth of July weekend and they had a live band and a pizza contest and it was so much fun. The hosts are absolutely lovely and kind, the fellow campers were very cool and fun to talk with. There are so many beautiful unique details. It seems the hosts want to delight and surprise and asked that photos aren’t shared so I will keep the photos to myself and let it be a wonderful surprise for those who book. Can’t wait to return.
