Instagram:  @TheCastleHouseEstate The Castle House Guard Tower is a custom three level living space & loft.  Each piece of furniture has been custom made to fit this unique round space which includes a queen sized bed in the loft.  Did we mention 1500 thread count sheets and Pure Care Plush memory foam pillows? The full glass door and windows have been placed strategically to catch the desert light. For outside adventurers step up to the rooftop hatch to enjoy your views or bring your sleeping bags and sleep under the stars.  ***WEATHER PERMITTING*** Each tiny home includes it own outdoor wood burning fire-pit and two chairs perfect for enjoying the outside elements of Joshua Tree & where you can enjoy a few cold ones and roast s'mores. The Castle House has a portable restroom facility at the end of the property and another at the right front corner of the property.  There is an outdoor shower just behind the main house. Look for the wood bench.  The showers are solar and only 5.5 gallons so the hot water goes fast. Nothing says Joshua Tree like showering in nature. Pet cleaning fee is $20-$40. Please notify us of the breed to determine if it’s a good fit. Larger dogs require an increased pet fee. There is no running water in the units.  Each unit comes with jug of fresh drinking water good to use for your daily needs and our coffee makers.  The Castle House is GLAMPING at its finest! *Queen sized plush dual control heated blanket rentals available upon request* Campers will be required to complete a check-in waiver before the date of their stay - providing a valid ID, DOB, and address.

Perfect spot to stay when visiting Joshua Tree National Park. We tent camped in site #2 and had a nice area in the back corner. The property was very clean and well taken care of. They had food service also and we were able to order pizzas and they brought them to us. The bathrooms were just a short walk across the property and the outdoor shower with hot water was amazing!

Campsite #2 was great! The structure helped a lot, both with protection from the sun and wind. Because it was tucked into the back corner of the property, and away from the restrooms and pool, it felt more private. Highly recommend it for a unique camping experience!

Nice place. Looks like they are still building out a bunch of their features and amenities. The “pool” is only 2’ deep and fits max (4) small people. There is only one “pool” for the entire property and (2) toilets. Though the service was a bit slow for the items we ordered from the menu, they came nonetheless.

We camped in our van overnight at Ryan’s to enjoy his hot outdoor shower after a long camping trip in Joshua Tree National Park. Properly was well maintained and the night was quiet. Beats a noisy motel room any day. Thanks Ryan.

Great spot to land after a day of flying and driving. The site was exactly as specified, clean, quiet and peaceful. Ryan was an excellent host and we even had a pizza delivered to our campsite via his 3-wheel bike.

Incredible glamping experience! The estate is absolutely magical with castle towers, roomy yurts, cozy shipping container tiny homes, and pretty pergolas that offered much needed shade in the desert heat. We had a group of 6 and booked the pergola. The spaces are very far from each other, offering way more privacy than the in-park camping spots. The outdoor shower was invigorating and the pool/deck was the best way to cool off after a hot day of hiking! The room service was so convenient when we ran out of wood and beer. The cheese pizza was DELICIOUS! Thanks Ryan! Looking forward to coming back!

This romantic getaway offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere, particularly in the evening. I felt incredibly comfortable throughout my stay, with prompt room service and clean bathrooms and shower. While we opted for tent camping this time, I am already looking forward to returning to stay in one of their well-appointed suites. Ryan and the Castle House Estate were incredible. My wife and I stayed at campsite #1 for our anniversary. We enjoyed how well kept and pristine the property was. This would be a great place to take a family or even a multi family trip. Although we didn’t partake in the amenities, they offer quite a few add-ons. Ex. Orange Juice(for breakfast), Popcorn, s’mores kits, firewood, etc. the fire pits and concrete pads were great. We really lucked out as another host ghosted us. Ryan replied to our request within 5 minutes. We highly recommend campsites. The mini homes and castles looked cool to stay at too. Whether it be you passing through or wanting to visit Joshua tree, this is a great place to stay. We will be back with our kids next time!

Gem in the desert
Guard Tower Suite #1 with Pool
Beautiful setting, decorated with eye for detail (it even smells great), very clean and comfortable. The portable toilets are super clean, smelling fresh and they are spacious. Being in the middle of no where you wonder about having to bring food, but even that is taken care of. Pizza’s, tea, breakfast all delivered punctual to your doorstep. It’s a glamping experience of the highest degree! We enjoyed the most spectacular sunset from the rooftop terras, and once it was dark we enjoyed the stargazing from the same spot. We highly recommend this little gem in the dessert run by a lovely professional and thoughtful man.

Nice spot. Very beautiful. Responsive owner. Some fees are a bit hefty. $15 a dog for camping in our own tent. There's nothing to clean up after we leave. If they're going to charge that maybe they should charge folks who smoke? Tons of cigarette buds around the firepit... Overall, a bit of an expensive tent camping spot.

This property is beautiful, and the camping spaces are great. The structure to put your tent or sit down area provides great shade. The lounge chairs in the site are perfect to relax and stargaze. Perhaps the best part of this place are the hosts. Ryan was so friendly and helpful. The pizza we bought from him was delivered to us in our campsite right at the time we ordered. The bathrooms are kept pristine and the whole place is just great. 100% recommended

Castle Estate was a wonderful oasis in the desert! We tent camped on one of the two tent sites and had a wonderful time. They’ve created a great cozy atmosphere out of a harsh desert. You’re 5 minutes into town and 15 minutes o Joshua Tree’s West Gate entrance. I would definitely recommend!

What an amazing way to experience the desert! This place is my new JT fave! Super clean, comfy bed with loads of warm blankets for the cold winter nights. The rooftop hatch was amazing… pro-tip bring a pair of indoor shoes to climb the ladder to the roof. The metal rungs felt slippery wearing socks. A super quiet, unique experience. Does not feel crowded at all. A lot of thought went into designing this oasis.
