Wild Roots Health and Homesteading Retreats take place in a rustic camp setting in Carmel Valley, CA. Each day will be a mix of hiking, formal workouts, and homestead-style activities. Guests will take part in group wellness coaching, nutrition education and cooking demos and they will learn how to incorporate these newly acquired skills into life after the retreat. During down time guests are encouraged to take a nature walk, read a book in a hammock, or simply relax by the pool taking in the beauty of the ranch. Scrolling on your phone will not be an option since phones are surrendered at the beginning of the retreat for full digital detox.
This retreat in all-inclusive. You are provided with a private guest cabin for up to two people, wholesome meals, and access to all health services in a small group atmosphere. Weekend itinerary is listed in the photos.
Cabins do not have electric, heating or cooling. Bring your own bedding and bath towels. Baths have power, flush toilets, and hot water. No wifi available, but you will be too busy to notice.
