Loved this site! Far enough off the beaten path to feel fully immersed in nature and also close enough to town to do some shopping! Also super conveniently located close to the park so you can easily take a trip by car each day. Super nice to have running water and a toilet as well. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Great location, far enough away from other buildings, it felt like you were in the desert and stars were beautiful.

property a bit away host a wedding and noise traveled far, but that's what happens in the desert.

The sites are well spaced between neighbors. The sites were clean and the outhouse was in great condition. They even had up lights on the Joshua Trees throughout the property. We went to Pappy and Harriet’s for a concert. We’ll be sure to stay here when in town for another concert at Pappy and Harriet’s.

We had a great experience camping on Winsome’s land. Kid and animal-friendly. Very quiet and spread out, we had plenty of space for our family and animals. Very clean port-a-potty available. Highly recommend!

The site was private and in nature while providing very clean facilities. The star gazing was phenomenal as was the Sunrise.

Great place to camp. Porta potty was very clean. Not far from Joshua Tree National Park. Would totally camp there again.

Loved that the campground felt remote, and that each site was spread out - while still having a communal feel. Winsome was also very quick to help with any questions. Had a great time here, and would definitely come back again!

We were the only ones in camp and it was so quiet and relaxing!!! Cleanest porta potty ever!!!

Brilliant camp site. So lovely and cute and well maintained. Beautiful fire pits and nice logs. Simple checkin. Easy to find. All the little touches are simple and neat but perfect. Enough small lights on the trees to look lovely but not interrupt incredible star views. Fave spot so far.

Very clean and quiet! We happened to be the only ones at the campsite when we stayed and it made for a peaceful getaway. We would definitely recommend camping at Cielito Hideaway!

Cielito was very nice. It's a little ways off the highway but there is hardly any traffic which is nice. The bathroom was super clean and there being only for spots you have plenty of room for your stuff. The only downside is there are spots with soft dirt so be careful to not get stuck if your vehicle is prone to to.

What a beautiful place to get away and breathe! The camp spots numbers are craftily painted on vintage tires so it’s easy to figure out “your spot”. There is an adorable “community “ area but the nice part is that the spots are set up so if you want to chill by yourself, you can. The natural landscape is so pretty! As it’s October, we got a little rain. Wow! The smell of the desert in the rain is something everyone should experience! The mountains around the hideaway are mesmerizing! A truly wonderful spot. I want to stay here again and again. Thanks for the amazing experience Winsome at Cielito!

Cielito was an excellent campsite! The bathroom was impeccably clean, and the campsite was so close to the park. Winsome was an excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.

We made a quick stop in Joshua Tree with our pop up trailer. The weather was perfect and the campsite was peaceful! Close enough to town to grab a bite to eat, watch some live music and enjoy a hike in the national park. Joshua Tree is a magical place to enjoy a camp fire while watching the stars…We will be back to this little slice of Heaven!
