This modern yet cozy one-bedroom cottage (480 sq ft) sits on 1.25 private, fully fenced acres. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay — a full kitchen, WiFi, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and thoughtful touches throughout. The home’s open layout and desert décor blend relaxation and simplicity, creating a perfect balance of comfort and style.
Step outside to enjoy your private oasis — soak in the hot tub, grill on the BBQ, or sway in the hammock as the desert breeze drifts by. The unobstructed views of sunrise and sunset will take your breath away.
Located just a few miles from the town of Joshua Tree and Joshua Tree National Park, you’ll have easy access to scenic hikes, local art galleries, antique shops, and charming eateries. Nearby towns like Yucca Valley, Landers, Pioneer Town, and 29 Palms also offer plenty to explore.
Please Note:
• The property is on a dirt road, common for the area — but the seclusion and views are worth it!
• Guests have full access to the home, hot tub, BBQ, and outdoor hammock (stored in the closet when not in use).
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM (No early check-ins/outs during high season).
• Pet fee: $50 per pet.
• Air mattress fee: $20 (for cleaning if used during 1–2 person stays).
• Hot tub: Please rinse before entering and add a chlorine tablet after use. A $100 fee applies if left excessively dirty or low on water.

We are located just a few miles outside the town of Joshua Tree and Joshua Tree National Park, which offers awesome hikes with some of the most incredible natural scenery to be found anywhere. Other neighboring towns are Yucca Valley, Landers, Pioneer Town, and 29 Palms, all of which offer unique art shops/galleries and antique shops, as well as a wide variety of food choices.
The home is a cozy one-bedroom with a full kitchen and amenities such as a hot tub, BBQ grill, WiFi, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, keep you entertained and connected while you enjoy your escape. The house itself is small (480 sq ft), but it is situated on 1.25 acres and completely fenced in.
NOTE: As with many areas in Joshua Tree, this house is located ON A DIRT ROAD - but the seclusion, privacy, and the views are definitely worth it!
Guests have access to the entire house and property. Full use of the kitchen, bathroom, Living area, bedroom, closet, entertainment center, etc.Full use of the Hot Tub, the propane BBQ, and the outdoor hammock (stored in the bedroom closet while not in use)
CHECK-IN is at 4pm and CHECK-OUT is at 11am. This is high season, so NO EARLY CHECK-INS/CHECK OUTS are available at this time. Our housekeepers need this entire time to ensure the sanitation of the house. Thank you
PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH A PET FEE. Please note there is a $50 pet companion fee. If you wish to bring a pet, please make sure this is included when booking :)
