Anytime you are booking remote, unique lodging there is some apprehension. I have to say that everything was EXACTLY as advertised. It was the fastest easiest arrival I've ever had (hotels included). The location was not as remote as I had expected, but plenty peaceful. All of the other campsites were occupied, but except for the cars and a couple glimpses of people in the evening we could barely tell they were there. I wanted to see sunrise in the park, however, we chose to lounge around a bit and watch the gorgeous sunrise right from the campground. This was probably my ONLY problem with the site. I would have liked to sit on the swinging chair and watch the sun come up, but the camper in front of us exactly blocked the view. But probably any other camper wouldn't have that problem. I just walked about 20 feet away to watch, so I saw it every day. Sunset was pretty, but less impressive. Much to my disappointment, we saw no rattlesnakes, scorpions, or desert critters of any kind. The camper was fully stocked with everything we needed. No issues with water, plumbing, or heat. We had to contact maintenance about one small issue and they were prompt in responding. If I had to gripe about anything, it would be the coffee maker. I don't like single serve coffee makers because it is very hard to make a GOOD cup of coffee. But the coffee and tea was provided so I really can't even hold that against them.
